The 15 houses are just off Harold Road, arranged in neat terraces, within an existing community. They have private gardens as well as a new shared play area for children.

Our three bedroom houses are set within a quiet and popular enclave, close to the Crystal Palace triangle.

Set amongst the existing community on Ravensdale Gardens and Rushden Close, these modern brick homes with their distinctive picture windows are a handsome addition to the area. Common Ground is our own team of

award winning architects. Common Ground

designed the interiors of the homes,

introducing our bespoke Brick by Brick

They also worked closely with HTA on this

scheme to ensure the common parts of

the apartment building works seamlessly,

and the exteriors are harmonious with

their setting.
