Harrowden Hall is the beautiful home of the

prestigious Wellingborough Golf Club being

situated in 160 acres of rolling countryside.

The current Hall dates back to the 18th

century and with its historical background

and stunning gardens, is the perfect setting for

your wedding day.

through to your wedding day, our designated

team will be supporting you whilst you plan

Chapter 1Introduction & History

We are licensed to hold Civil Marriages & Civil Partnership

Ceremonies in the Vaux Room or our Leather Room. The

Leather Room has wooden panelling and a grand fireplace that

creates a beautiful warm feeling for your ceremony. With the

separate ceremony and dining room, it allows your wedding

to flow perfectly, alternatively for larger Civil Ceremonies, we

offer our Vaux Room, with its high ceilings and splendid décor

overlooking the formal gardens and golf course, its perfect for

taking your vows surrounded by your friends and family.

Chapter 3Wedding Receptions

Harrowden Hall dates back to the early 15th Century

and is set within rural Northamptonshire.

The immaculate grounds provide the ideal setting for

your wedding photographs as do the staggered steps

with the Grand Hall in the background.

We offer an exceptional standard of food and menus

tailored to your personal taste by our in house Executive

Chef.

The location of Harrowden Hall, coupled with the

perfect setting allow your wedding dreams to become

reality.

Chapter 4ROOM CAPACITIES& OTHER EVENTS

We have a variety of rooms which have varying

maximum capacities; details below will provide an

idea of the options available:

CIVIL CEREMONY:

Leather Room – maximum capacity is 63 seated

Vaux Room – maximum capacity is 100 seated

WEDDING BREAKFAST:

Vaux Room – maximum capacity is 80 total Marquee

maximum capacity is 200 total.

EVENING PARTY:

Ground Floor of Hall – maximum capacity is 150 total

Marquee (hired in for your function) - maximum capacity is 200 total

The marquee may be adjusted in size to suit the number of guests.

With additional smaller rooms, Harrowden Hall is available for a

variety of occasions such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Charitable

Events, Dinner & Dances, Product Launches and Conferences.

Chapter 5The Course

Set in over 160 acres of quiet secluded grounds, the 18 hole

par 72 course is a test for golfers of all abilities. Recommended

in Today’s Golfer as a “quality parkland which improves every

year with historic Harrowden Hall as a backdrop”.

We have also been recognised as having one of the best

finishing holes alongside the Belfry and Carnoustie.

Wellingborough Golf Club, a private members club, is situated

at Harrowden Hall in the heart of the Northamptonshire

countryside. We have a long tradition of welcoming visitors

to play the 6721 yard course, and regularly host Regional,

County and open competitions. When the Hall was purchased,

the original layout was changed so that the first tee and the

eighteenth green could be seen from the clubhouse.
