Role title: Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Work with the Resourcing Manager and wider team, as well as your colleagues within HR

to implement Talent Acquisition policies and processes Partnering and building effective relationships with specific Business Units and hiring

managers to fully understand their Resourcing requirements Manage the end to end candidate experience to create a positive and engaging proposition

for current and potential employees Write and post job advertisements on career websites, job boards & social media Source candidates by using CV databases, social media and any other available platforms or

sources Maintain the accuracy and integrity of information related to candidates and requisitions

using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Continually strive to improve the level of service provided by the Resourcing team to all

stakeholders, from hiring managers to candidates and suppliers Evaluate and screen applications and conduct phone, Skype or face to face interviews as

requested Organise and administer selection processes including online testing, telephone and video

interviews, and manage assessment centres Preparing regular metrics and reports as requested by the Resourcing Manager Assisting with the management of recruitment agencies and other suppliers Preparing and posting communications for social media, internal communication sites and

other digital platforms when required Optimising the use of the ATS and all recruiting technology used Member of the team for the delivery of key projects within Resourcing Organisation of the recruitment process for Early Careers Programmes (graduate,

apprentice and school leaver), attending open days and careers fairs when required Prepare any offer or new hire paperwork and organise induction and onboarding sessions Staying aware of best practice approaches and industry trends within recruitment and

direct sourcing Ensuring Resourcing is seen as a Centre of Excellence within HR and the wider business

Experience in a recruitment administration or coordination role where there are volume vacancies and a high level of direct sourcing

Relationship Management –strong relationships within own team and wider business

Communication – effective internal and external communication skills

Time management – can work in a fast pace and changing environment managing deadlines
