Meditech MHealth app for mobile devices 03/04/2019.

Go to the App Store and download MEDITECH MHEALTH app on the mobile device.

Search for MEDITECH MHEALTH.

Click GET

Click Install

Type in your Apple ID and password information

Click Open

Click Allow

Touch the icon

Touch the Samaritan portal icon

This screen will appear briefly

This screen will appear next.

Login with the Samaritan HOSPITAL portal Logon ID: and password.

If you need a reset call Medical records at 315 785-4099, M - F, 0700 am - 300 pm.If after hours, leave a message and someone will return your call within 2 business days.

Please note: This is not the portal used for the Samaritan clinics.

The Smartphone app will have the same functionality as the desktop web application.

Touch the appropriate button to see what is available.

Any new activity will appear with a red dot.

To logout touch the three lines in the upper right corner and select
