•Buyers are looking for space, so pack away items that create clutter.

•Keep furniture minimal and functional in each room.

•Place items in an area/room that’s not going to be photographed.

DE-PERSONALISE

•Allow buyers to visualise them living in your home, by creating SPACE.

•Remove family photographs & personal hygiene products.

•Remove coats & shoes from cloakroom.

•Remove family souvenirs and mementos.

REFRESH

•Make sure your home smells fresh.

•Ask friends to care for pets during a viewing and remove their bed & feeding bowls.
