You can use the ‘Search’ option to find the name of a product or category, find suppliers or Manufacturer in that have been verified in alphabetical order. Find Utility (Electrical, Gas and Water) Incentives programs, or UTILIZE quick and easy advance search option to find specific criteria such as LEEDV4 Compliance.

Find out more about the upcoming and changes to LEEDV 4 and how EcoSpex can help. LEED v4 is the newest USGBC update to the LEED rating systems. Changes from LEED 2009 are seen in three main categories: new market sectors, increased technical rigor and streamlined services. LEED v4 raises the bar on leadership. Substantially reworked, the Materials & Resources section of LEED v4 is different from LEED 2009 in that it applies lifecycle thinking at the whole-building and product level.

Green Building Rating Compliance describes how this product meets the intent of LEED credits. LEED alignment is verified by our third-party verification team against LEED Canada and USGBC rating systems.Additionally, we offer suppliers/ manufactures the opportunity to meet other rating schemes/programs.
Click the blue boxes to access to data sheets demonstrating the manufacturer’s contribution to LEED requirements. You can then save them as a PDF or to your projects.

Product Inquiry: Verified Enhanced Listing (VEL)
The ‘Product Inquiry’ allows users from anywhere in the world to connect to Canadian and USA manufactures. EcoSpex staff will be alerted to inform manufacturers that they have a interested inquiry. Additionally, inquiries can provide what type of project they are working on, project stage, and the value. This helps EcoSpex staff track all economic opportunities on behalf of our manufactures/suppliers.
