What do we do?
A home inspection is a visual inspection and there are limitations as to what an inspector is physically able to see.
A HOME INSPECTOR MUST:
• Be licensed with Consumer Protection BC• Present a visual ID showing that they are licensed• Be a member of a designated association.
A HOME INSPECTOR MUST NOT:
• Share the content of the inspection with anyone else without your permission
• Be in a conflict relationship with a realtor
