French Immersion Designation

Students enrolled in the French Immersion program must meet at least minimum graduation requirements and attain six (6) credits in Français courses plus six (6) other credits in courses studied in French. Successful completion will be indicated on the diploma as FRENCH IMMERSION DESIGNATION.

Graduation Requirements

• In the current program, Literature and Language courses are combined into a two-credit course at each level.

• All students must complete (8) credits in Language as part of the required 36 for graduation.

• At least (6) credits must be in CORE English. Students will need to obtain at least one Optional English course (i.e. 1200, 2203, 2200) or complete a French course.

Integrated Technology Systems 1205 is an introductory course to technological problem solving, employing the use of computers and external control systems designed by students. There is much room for creativity and there is a strong emphasis placed upon ‘design team work’ and ‘creative problem solving’.
