YOGI VEMANA UNIVERSITY V E M A N A P U R A M , KADAPA.

Yogi Vemana University, a premier State University established by an Act of the Govt, of Andhra Pradesh in March, 2006, believes in Creation and Dissemination of Knowledge, attainment of enlightened wisdom through advancement of learning progress and prosperity of people and social enrichment. The University is named after a great thinker, philosopher, and social reformer Yogi Vemana.

Location: Y.V. University is located 15 kms. Away from kadapa city on the Kadapa - Pulivendula road.

About the Department: The Department of Psychology was established in the year 2009-2010 with two regular faculty members. At present the Department is offering M.Sc, psychology course along with Ph.D Programme.

A b o u t the w o r k s h o p : Research methods are central part of sciences as well as other social sciences. They play an important role of their curricula and enhance the intellectual development. The status of "Science" is often justified by attending to the technical aspects of research methods, while the every term science carries with it ideas of areas of study which are accessible to understand their inner workings. Research must always be high quality in order to provide knowledge that is applicable outside of the research settings with implications.
