What would you do if you were FDR with the Holocaust?
Option 1: Stay out of European affairs; when entering war focus on winning the war first then help out with the Holocaust victims
Option 2: Get rid of the immigration quotas and allow Europeans to flood into the United States, specifically from Eastern European countries (heavy Jewish populations)
Option 3: Stay out of European affairs; but when entering the war use bomber planes to bomb concentration camps and railways to help Holocaust victims
