The greater Holland area boasts the most extensive net- work of paved trails in the Great Lake State, allowing you to ride from Holland State Park along Lake Macatawa to Saugatuck Dunes State Park and the Village of Saugatuck on one continuous series of trails. Holland’s paved trail network connects most of the metro area’s city, county and state parks and scenic areas. Popular staging areas for the Holland Shoreline Trail (around Lake Macatawa) in- clude Holland State Park, Dunton Park and Kollen Park. Window on the Waterfront Park offers scenic views of Windmill Island and the Macatawa Natural Area. The Beeline Trail travels from Hol- land to Saugatuck. Take the trail west along Adams Road to con- nect with the Upper Macatawa Greenway Trail and ride the Fred Meijer Kenowa Trail to the Kent Trails in Grand Rapids.
