We assist with BLT, BOT, BOO, BTO, BOOT, privatization, concession, government finance, PPP and IPP structures, as well as EPC contracts, service and management contracts, operations and maintenance agreements, licenses, leases and similar arrangements.

REGULATORYWe represent energy companies in all aspects of national, state and local regulatory matters. ECT Team

members are trained in traditional cost-of-service ratemaking, as well as more recent competitive regulatory theory. Having worked before EPA, FERC and state PUCs, we tailor regulatory strategies to meet the unique
