The test loop shall be installed in accordance with the most current relevant standard drawing for detector installation and connected to the test controller and be used for testing the operation of controller detector cards (it is recommended that a switching device be installed to aid in testing detector channels). It is entirely the Contractors responsibility to ensure that this device is maintained in a functional and serviceable condition suitable for its purpose at all times. The device shall be available for use in conjunction with this contract twenty four (24) hours per day.
