Esmovia is a Spanish company, located in Valencia and dedicated to the management of education and training mobility projects for both students and adults. Erasmus+, European Human Capital, and European Social Fund are just some of the programmes we manage.

We receive participants from all over Europe and organise for them traineeships in different vocational areas, as well as professional visits and seminars and professional development courses for school staff. We are also promoters and partners in different European KA2 Partnership projects dealing with youth, new technologies, employability and entrepreneurship.

Esmovia collaborates with over 600 private companies, public organizations and NGOs in the city of Valencia, some of them national and multinational corporations that host participants, encouraging them to improve their technical and linguistic skills.

Our aim is to provide the best quality service to the participants and to our foreign and local partners.

Traineeships Work placement companies are assigned to the participants considering their CV, their previous professional experience and their language level. Esmovia provides all necessary support to fulfil any training agreement, memorandum of understanding or document that may be required.

Professional Visits and SeminarsWe organise Professional Visits and Seminars, specially aimed to teachers, trainers, school leaders and people employed in the training and education sector.

Professional Development Courses Aimed to school educational staff, we provide different courses of 1 or 2 weeks duration. Every week, 20 hours of frontal lessons + 1 visit to specialised company or training centre, are foreseen. Welfare, Tutoring and Follow UpWe welcome all our participants by providing them with aWelcome KIT on arrival, organising a Welcome Meeting andCity Tour on the first day and guaranteeing 24/7 personal andprofessional support, thanks to our specialised staff.We organise first day introduction to work placement and fortnightly monitoring meetings with participants, to ensure that the whole experience is continually monitored and assessed.

The whole experience is assessed through our toolParticipant Handbook that contain a guide to the experience, evaluations for participants and companies, etc…

ECVETLearning outcomes are assessed in collaboration with hosting companies following the European Credit Transfer System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) procedure.

CertificatesAt the end of the programme, participants are given:• Language course certificate with indication of level • Certificate of participation issued by Esmovia• Work placement certificate issued by the host company

EuropassEsmovia cooperates actively with the sending organisationwhile issuing the Europass Mobility Certificate.

Final ReportAt the end of the programme, we prepare a Final Reportcontaining information about the project: work placementcompanies, professional visits, evaluations, pictures...

Spanish Language CourseLanguage courses are taught by native speaker teachers specialised in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. The teaching method is based on communication. Students actively exercise the four fundamental functions of the language: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Particular attention, however, is given to conversation, to develop an increasing capacity to express themselves and communicate in Spanish from the beginning of the course.

AccommodationDifferent options of accommodation are available: Spanish hosting families are the perfect choice for young students staying for shorter periods. Students staying for longer periods can be accommodated in fully equipped and comfortable flats shared with other youngsters. For teachers and school staff, hotel is a great solution.

Maintenance/Pocket MoneyParticipants accommodated on a self-catering basis receive weekly pocket money to cover food costs. Participants staying in hotels and families can be provided with Bed & Breakfast, Half Board or Full accommodation.

Transfer to/from AirportTransfer on arrival and departure are organised by private bus or taxi.
