TASTE OF TEXAS CATERING POLICY

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The event balance is duethe day of the event.

• Delivery Fee is based on distance and size of order. DELIVERY: All food from our menu

can be delivered on site seven days a week. Delivery charges are based upon distance from ourkitchen and day of the week. We will arrange for delivery and provide an estimated delivery feewhen you place your order. Heating instructions are included with the food.

• A final head count must be received 3 business days prior to the event.

• In the case of a cancellation, TX Hofbräu must be notified in writing 3 daysprior to your event or your deposit will be forfeited.

• Clients will be charged for the number of guaranteed guests, plus anyadditional plates served.

• If tax exempt, we must receive a hard copy of your tax exemption form priorto the event.
