President’s Report, Cont. Status of the Insurance Claim

We were under compensated for the damage caused by the storm

The board is working with C3 Group, Licensed Public Adjusters, who are helping us to do document the damage done by the hail storm and counter the initial offering by our insurance carrier Lloyds of London

President’s Report, Cont. Taking Care of Our Community

We all have a vested interest in the care and upkeep of these amenities.

We have had to repair damage to the pool gate due to vandalism.

Damage such as this not only creates an inconvenience to others that want to enter the pool, but costs money to repair. These repairs are unexpected expenses that come from our monthly dues. If we don't prevent these issues, we will all be paying more in monthly fees.

Another issue we are experiencing is children under the age of 14 are using the pool without adult supervision within the fenced area.

The concern is that if a child needs assistance immediately, there is no one there to offer assistance.

President’s Report, Cont.

In 2017, we will focus on maintaining the improved image of the community.

• This means a more active focus on covenant control and issuing fines.

• Owners, Please share with your renters the Rules & Regulations as they will be enforced.

• Issues in 2016 were: dog waste/noise, gas grills, black frame window replacements, garage doors, oversize trash dumping (furniture)
