Risk profiling of vetted vessel through evaluation of:

• HVPQ and Q88 (current version);• Information about the vessel in ENOC and International Databases for its past

performances, including terminal inspections and terminal feedback;• SIRE reports;• Officers matrix;• Casualty history;• Port State Control (PSC) inspections;• Classification Society records;• Vessel’s operator / manager history of all vessels in its managed fleet;• Tanker Management and Self Assessment (TMSA).

• Vetting Decision 3.2.2 ACCEPTED CONDITIONALLY (rarely 3.2.4 MOREINFORMATION REQUIRED);

• Operators shall update HVPQ of the vessel;

• High Risk Observations: Vessel falls under the ENOCRejection Criteria 2.1.14 or 2.2.7 as applicable. Operators areasked immediately;

• Medium Risk Observations: Vessel’s operators are notinitially asked. In case of repetition, however, they areaddressed and vessel gets on technical hold (under theENOC Rejection Criteria 2.1.14 or 2.2.7 as applicable);

• Low Risk Observations: Vessel’s operators are not initiallyasked. In case of the second repetition (3rd time that the sameobservation gets noted) however, they are addressed andvessel gets on technical hold (under the ENOC RejectionCriteria 2.1.14 or 2.2.7 as applicable).
