My name is Amy Han representing the owner of the property, Young
Yin Lee. Weare proposing to utilize the existing 1370 square feet, less than 35 feet
height, single story house as a general office space, adding the required 4
parking spaces. The density is 3914 square feet per acre.
We respectfully requests a rezoning of 0.35 acres of land located 6015
Singleton Rd, Norcross, GA, 30093 in Land Lot 195 of the 6th District of Gwinnett
County, Georgia. We are seeking to rezone the property from R-75 to 0-1.
A various nearby parcels have already been rezoned for commercial use
including one door down to the West. The neighborhood has rapidly evolved away
from residential use.
