We are one of the foremost consultancies working to obtain planning consents, particularly in the Greater London Authority (GLA) controlled boroughs.

We believe that a holistic design is integral to the sustainability agenda and that sustainable buildings must not carry a cost premium or result in a loss of amenity.

BUCKINGHAM GATE

The development, located next to Buckingham Palace, comprises the refurbishment and restoration of GradeII listed buildings into one luxury eight-storey residence and eight high quality apartments.

The development includes AV and lighting control capabilities to all units. Communal gas-fired boilers and ground source heat pumps are incorporated to contribute to the overall sustainable features of the development.

The refurbishment of the Grade II listed Piccadilly Estate, known as the “In and Out Club”, into a single luxury residence.

The development also extends to the refurbishment of the existing Grade II listed properties at 90 and 95 Piccadilly into luxury residential apartments and a single town house.

The brief called for flexibility to allow potential occupiers or buyers to alter the base specifications for AV and IT home entertainment systems and lighting.

The extension and refurbishment of an 1,800 acre estate set in rolling countryside in Cornwall.

GROSVENOR SQUARE

Grosvenor Square involves the conversion of existing US Navy offices into 38 luxury apartments with concierge services and basement spa and swimming pool.
