NOTIFICATION

NOIDA, the 2nd July, 2018

No. 03-IWAI/Estt./09/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 35 of the Inland Waterways Authority of India Act, 1985 (1982 of 1985), with the previous

approval of the Central Government, the Inland Waterways Authority of India hereby makes the following regulations, viz:

I. GENERAL

1. Short Title and Commencement:

(i) These regulations shall be called the Inland Waterways Authority of India Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion (Eighteenth Amendment) Regulations, 2018.

(ii) They shall be deemed to have come into force from the date of publication in the Gazette of India.

II. In the Inland Waterways Authority of India Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion Regulations, 1992, to the post of Senior Hydrographic Surveyor (SHS) shall be substituted as
