History of this book

By the grace of Allah, this book is in fact a continuation of my books written before in Urdu and English, "Talash E Haq" and "Nigh E Ishq O Masti" , and The Way To Allah. By the grace of Allah, I did Istikharah before writing the books. With the permission from Istikharah, I started wrinting my first book, Talash E Haq, in Urdu, in Ramadan , 2013. This book was completed almost in one and a half month, on 7 Zulqaad, 2013. Since 2013, many new questions have been included in this book. In this book, The Way To Allah , the answers to some important questions, have been tried to, be provided in an easy way. I myself am a very sinful person. Therefore, in order to complete this book, I have tried to take advantage of the writings and statements of great and virtuous people.

Whoever benefits from this book is requested to keep me , and the others who helped me in the preparation of this book and in other matters, and all the believers, in their duas. May Allah accept all the legitimate needs of all of the Muslims, and forgive all of our sins through the Waseela of His Beloved (ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص). Amen

(Shia, Wahhabi, Deobandi, Barelvi. Who is right?) Some of my personal and my research statement.

I, Muhammad Ali Hassan (Fakeer E Madina), have been among the fanatical Maulvis for many years. But today I am against these fanatical Maulvis, because I know them from within.

The best hobby of these fanatical clerics is to collect donations in the name of religion, and then to prove their scholarly ability by issuing fatwas against Muslims, the mushriks, the unbelievers, and the arrogant..etc. These fanatical clerics turn the people away from the Qur'an and Hadith, and drown the masses by attracting them to the blind imitation of the scholars. These fanatical clerics like, those people who don't use their brains at all, and don't mix yes with no. That is, why, they like people who are mentally paralyzed, who kiss their hands and feet, and do not use their brains at all. As long as you keep kissing their hands and feet, donating to them, and blindly imitating them, they are with you. When you start using your brain, and in the light of Qur'an and Hadith, you start Criticizing them, and stop donating to them, then see how they take you away from them.

My two great teachers ( 2 Great Religious scholars, of this age ): Al Hamd O Lillah, Lord of the Worlds. I have learned a lot from many scholars in the last 27 or 28 years. They include Wahhabis, Deobandis, Barelvis, Sufis, almost all of them. But I give special importance to two personalities in my life. One is Professor Rafiq Akhtar Sahib, and the other is Pir Naseeruddin Naseer. I was a man who believed in the blind imitation of the scholars, and was not persuaded to use my mind in matters of religion. But these two great personalities taught me to use my brain, and to find the real purpose of life.

The real purpose of life should be the love of God Almighty and closeness to God Almighty. I learned this lesson from these two personalities. I am especially grateful to these two personalities for teaching me how to live. The video lectures of these 2 scholars really helped me to modify my life.

In many religious organizations nowadays, efforts are made that the people, follow the elders of their particular sect blindly. People are encouraged not to use their brain, even some Ulema urge people not to read even Quran O Hadees, with translation.

By the grace of God Almighty, in 2010, I started a new journey to understand the religion. So I met various scholars myself and started a regular investigation for the answers to my questions. On the one hand, I started meeting the Ulema and the Muftis directly. Plus I started listening the Ulemas of almost all the sects on youtube, so that on various issues I could get the views of different sects . At the same time, i started reading the Qur'an and Hadith with translations. Reading Quran O Hadees , with translation, really opened my eyes.

Hourly meetings with scholars began on routine basis. Among them were mainly, Barelvi, Deobandi, and Wahabi personalities. After a few years of meetings and discussions, it became clear to me that the people of these three famous sects are convinced of the blind imitation of their own scholars. If you prove to them that your certain work is against the Qur'an and Hadith, then instead of agreeing, they start giving such explainations, that one can not even expect from a sensible person.

The bottom line is that do not follow any sect or any Alim blindly. You will find people of all walks of life in all schools of thought. The real decision is only the Qur'an and the Hadith, and after that it is the tradition of the Companions of Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص . If we want to reach the Almighty, then we have to follow in the

4

footsteps of the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص and his Companions. And remember, in order to follow in their footsteps, we will need two things. The first is the Holy Qur'an, the second is the Holy Hadith.

Try to start reading the Qur'an and Hadith with translation. And at least along with the Holy Qur'an, read Bukhari Sharif and Muslim Sharif with translation. In addition, to that try reading the authentic Hadith of Sahih Sittah. And try not to base your beliefs on weak hadiths and weak narrations. And leave out the sayings of scholars and elders which are not proven by the Qur'an and Hadith, because the real source of guidance is only Qur'an and Hadith. Do not blindly imitate any religious scholar.

The Holy Hadith: Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said, My Ummah will split into seventy-three sects. All of them are in the Fire Except one sect. It was than asked, and which is it, O Messenger of Allah? He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said: What I am upon and my Companions. Tirmidhi- Part- 2641

May Allah forgive us all our sins and guide us all through the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص . Amen

Question : 1 :: What is even more important than the Namaz, Roza,Zakat, Hajj and Jihad..? Answer:: Love, affection and Respect for the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , and His ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam's ) loved ones, is more important than the Namaz and other faraiz. There should be no compromise on Namaz, Roza, Zakat, Hajj, and Jihad. But respect and love for Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , is even more important than that. Hadees E Pak ::"The one whose even one namaz got missed, is like the one whose all the family and the belongings got lost" (Nisai) . So importance of namaz can be judged from this Hadees E Pak. But even then namaz is not important then the , Love, Affection and Respect for the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص. The great Wali Allah, Hazrat Syed Ali Hajveri (Data Ganj Baksh) Rehmat Ullah Allehy , has written in his book- Kash Ul Mahjoob , that "Even if you find some one flying in the air, do not get impressed, as a fly (Mosquito), can also fly in the air" until, you find some one acting on the shareeat"". So we should understand the importance of Namaz and other faraiz, and if we really love our Prophet Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , we should offer Namaz and also to act on all the other fraiz. But if some one does not offer namaz or does not act on other fraiz, due to his lazyness, he still remain a muslim, as yet he has not lost his Emaan. But he will be reffered as sin sull person only & he will be liable for his sins too. But still such person will be a muslim. On the other hand if some one, offers 5 times namaz, gives zakat, acts on all fraiz, but at the same time disrespects / annoys, the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , or His ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam's ) , loved ones, then it is highly expected, that such person will loose his Emaan, by his bad bad acts. And before his death he will perform some kuffar, and he may not be able to do toba, after that, and so ultimately trown in to the hell. Hadees E Pak ::Narrated By Hazrat Umar bin Al-Khattab ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) : During the lifetime of the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , there was a man called 'Abdullah whose nickname was Donkey, and he used to make Allah's Apostleملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , laugh. The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , lashed him because of drinking (alcohol). And one-day he was brought to the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , on the same charge and was lashed. On that, a man among the people said, "O Allah, curse him ! How frequently he has been brought (to the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , on such a charge)!" The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , said, "Do not curse him, for by Allah, I know for he loves Allah and His Apostleملسو هيلع هللا ىلص . (Sahih Bukhari- Hadees E Pak Number – 6780) Hadees E Pak ::Naraated By Hazrat Anas ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ): A man asked the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , about the Hour (i.e. Day of Judgment) saying, "When will the Hour be?" The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , said, "What have you prepared for it?" The man said, "Nothing, except that I love Allah and His Apostleملسو هيلع هللا ىلص ,. " The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , said, "You will be with those whom you love." We had never been so glad as we were on hearing that saying of the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , (i.e., "You will be with those whom you love.") Therefore, I love the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , Abu Bakr and 'Umar ( Radi Allah Talla Anhum ), and I hope that I will be with them because of my love for them though my deeds are not similar to theirs. (Sahi Bukhari – Hadees E Pak Number 3688)

Hadees E Pak ::Hazrat Ali ( Razi Allah Talla Ahnu ) , said that the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , took Hazrat Hasan and Hussain ( Radi Allah Talla Anhum ) ,by the hand and said, "Whoever loves me and loves these two and their father and mother will have the same degree as me on the Day of Rising." Question: 2:: What are the few signs of love for the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص ? Answer :: Four Important Signs of Love for the Beloved Prophetملسو هيلع هللا ىلص. Someone who claims that he/she loves another will prefer that person to all others, he will also prefer what they like, if it were otherwise then he would be acting and his love would not be sincere. The following few signs will be apparent in those who, truly love the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص . First: The first sign of love for the Prophetملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , is that he/she will follow his example, apply his prophetic way in words, deeds, obedience to his commands, avoidance of whatever he prohibited and adopt his manner in times of ease, hardship, joy and disappointment. Second: The second sign is that he/she will set aside his own desires and appetite in preference to the law established and encouraged by the Prophetملسو هيلع هللا ىلص . Third: The third sign is that a person's anger of others is only for the sake of seeking the pleasure of Allah. Hazrat Anas Bin Malik ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) was told by the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , "My son, if you can refrain from holding a grudge in your heart from morning to evening, then do so." He then added, "My son, that is part of my prophetic way. Whosoever revives my way has loved me, and whosoever loves me is with me in the Garden." [Sunan Tirmidh, Kitab al-Ilm, Vol 4, Page 151] If a person possesses this fine quality, then he/she has perfect love for Allah Talla and His Messengerملسو هيلع هللا ىلص. If he is found to be slightly lacking in this quality then his love is imperfect, but not devoid of it. The proof of this is found in the saying of the Prophetملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , when a person faced punishment for imbibing. As the person was about to receive his punishment a man cursed the offender, whereupon the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, said, "Do not curse him. He loves Allah and His Messengerملسو هيلع هللا ىلص."[Sahih Bukhari, Kitab al-Hudood, Vol 3, Page 133] Fourth: The fourth sign is that one mentions the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, in abundance – whosoever loves something, it is constantly upon his tongue. Question: 3:: Can we offer Sajda to the grave of Wali Allah (Saints / Noble persons)..? Answer: Sajda can not be offerd to any one, other than Almighty Allah The Great. We can not offer sajda to even Holy Prophets ( Allehy Salaam ). According to Hazrat Ahmad Raza Khan Brelvi ( Rehmat Ullah Allehy ), if some one offers sajda with the intention of respect, then it is Haraam, and if some one offers sajda , with the intention of Ibadat, then it is Kuffar.(Fatawa Rizvia- Jild-22, page-423)

Question : 4:: Write some thing about the Authority of Hazrat Muhammad ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص . How can you prove , that , He ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy ) , is himself a law maker ?

Answer :: Some People often think that, Prophet Mohammed ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , was appointed just to deliver the Message Given by Allah Talla , and cannot do(change) anything by himself . [Ikhtiyaar] (Maaza'Allah). The Prophet (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallam) is a lawmaker through the permission of Allah Pak , In the light of the Quraan E Pak and Aahadees E Mubaraka. He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , was given the authority by The Almighty Allah The Great , ko change the shareeat rules for specific persons as per his ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam's ) , wish. Proof From Quran E Pak ::“He who obeys the Messenger obeys Allaah indeed” [Quran an-Nisa' 4:80] Proof From Quran E Pak :: ► It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error. (Surah Ahzaab- Ayet:36)

Proof from Hadees E Pak :::Narrated Hazrat Abu Huraira ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) ,: While we were sitting with the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , a man came and said, “O Allah’s Apostle! ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , I have been ruined.” Allah’s Apostle asked what was the matter with him. He replied “I had sexual intercourse with my wife “WHILE I WAS , ملسو هيلع هللا ىلصFASTING” Allah’s Apostle ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , asked him, “Can you afford to manumit a slave?” He replied in the “NEGATIVE”. Allah’s Apostle ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , asked him, “Can you fast for two successive months?” He replied in the “NEGATIVE” The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص ,asked him, “Can you afford to feed sixty poor persons?” He replied in the “NEGATIVE” The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , kept silent and while we were in that state, a big basket full of dates was brought to the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , . He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , asked, “Where is the questioner?” He replied, “I (am here).” The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , said (to him), “TAKE THIS (BASKET OF DATES) AND GIVE IT IN CHARITY” The man said, “Should I give it to a person poorer than I? By Allah; there is no family between its (i.e. Medina’s) two mountains who are poorer than I.” The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , smiled till his pre-molar teeth became visible and then said,“FEED YOUR FAMILY WITH IT” (Sahi Bukhari - 157 , Volume 3, Book 31) This hadith proves Ikhtiyar of Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , to the extreme, the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , kept on changing the ruling for the poor sahabi, remember It is wajib to do Kaffara by either keeping 60 fasts or giving charity, If the Prophet (saw) did not have Ikhtiyaar then he would have never been allowed to do such a thing!

Proof from Hadees E Pak ::: Allah’s Apostle ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , said, “If I had not found it hard for my followers or the people, I would have ordered them to clean their teeth with Siwak “FOR EVERY PRAYER” (Sahi Bukhari- Hadees E Pak Number- 887)

Page 11: History of this book · 2 History of this book By the grace of Allah, this book is in fact a continuation of my books written before in Urdu and English, "Talash E Haq" and "Nigh

11

Proof from Hadees E Pak :::Nasr ibn Asim narrates from one Sahabi that he came in court of Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , and accepted Islam on a condition “that he will only offer 2 daily prayers, the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , accepted this condition” (Musnad Ahmad-20287)

Proof from Hadees E Pak :::Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported: Allah’s Messenger ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , addressed us and said: O people, Allah has made Hajj obligatory for you; so perform Hajj. Thereupon a person said: Messenger of Allah, (is it to be performed) every year? He (the Holy Prophet) kept quiet, and he repeated (these words) thrice, whereupon Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: “IF I WERE TO SAY “YES” IT WOULD BECOME OBLIGATORY (FOR YOU TO PERFORM IT EVERY YEAR)” and you would not be able to do it. Then he said: Leave me with what I have left to you, for those who were before you were destroyed because of excessive questioning, and their opposition to their apostles. So when I command you to do anything, do it as much as it lies in your power and “WHEN I FORBID YOU” to do anything, then abandon it. ( Sahi Muslim- 1337)

Proof from Hadees E Pak ::: When the Prophet (Peace be upon him) took an oath from women not to do lamentation, Umm Attiya ( Razi Allah Talla Anha ) said: O Messenger of Allah ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , except members of such a tribe who helped me (in lamentation) during pre-Islamic days, there is left no alternative for me, but that I should also help them. [“UPON THIS THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , SAID: (YES) BUT ONLY IN CASE OF THE MEMBERS OF SUCH A TRIBE” [Sahih Muslim, Kitab ul Jan’aiz, Hadith # 2038] This hadith proves that the Prophet (Peace be upon him) can make anyone specific in case of general orders (i.e. given Ikhtiyar) Proof from Hadees E Pak :::The minimum requirement for Mahr is 10 Dirhams, however for one Sahabi the Prophet (Peace be upon him) made “TEACHING OF QURAN AS MAHR” [Sunnan Abu Dawud, Volume No.1, Page No. 287] Proof from Hadees E Pak ::: Hazrat Abu Bakr Razi Allah Talla Anhu, mentioned that the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was sitting on his camel and a man was holding its rein or halter. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, asked, "What day is this?" We were silent, thinking thathe might change its name. He said, "Is this not the Day of Sacrifice?" We said, "Indeed." He said, "What month is this?" We were silent, thinking that he might change its name. He said, "Is this not Dhu'l-Hijja?" We said, "Yes."... [ Volume 1, Book 3, Number 67: Bukhari] Proof from Hadees E Pak :::Narrated Hazrat Abu Bakr Razi Allah Talla Anhu, The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , delivered to us a sermon on the Day of Nahr. He said, "Do you know What is the day today?" We said, "Allah and His Apostle know better." He remained silent till we thought that he might give that day another name. He said, "Isn't it the Day of Nahr?" We said, "It is." He further asked, "Which month is this?" We said, "Allah and His Apostle know better." He remained silent till we thought that he might give it another name. He then said, "Isn't it the month of Dhul-Hijja?" We replied: "Yes! It is." He further asked, "What town is this?" We replied, "Allah and His Apostle know it better." He remained silent till we thought that he might give it another name. He then said, "Isn't it the forbidden (Sacred) town (of Mecca)?" We said, "Yes. It is."...[Sahi- Bukhari- 1741] As we all know the name for Mecca is already given in Quran (as Bakkah) but still Sahaba E Karaam ( Rizwan Allah Talla Ajmaeen ) , thought He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص might give it another name.

Question : 5:: Is there any benefit of being burried, near Pious people ?

Answer :: There are a lot of Barkata and benifits of being burried near the Special loved ones of Almighty Allah The Great.

Proof - 1 :: Hazrat Ayesha ( Razi Allah Talla Anha ) , had kept the place for her, to be burried near Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , and Hazrat Abu Bakar ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , but when Hazrat Umer ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , sent his request to be burried at that place, then the Um Ul Momeneem ( Razi Allah Talla Anha ) aacepted Hazrat Umar ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu's ) request. (Sahi Bukhari - Volume 1 - Chapter Kitab Ul Janaiz).

This shows that , Hazrat Ayesha ( Razi Allah Talla Anha ) , and Hazrat Umar ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , both wanted to have the Barkat of being closer to Nabi E Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص.

Proof - 2 ::: When The Angel of Death was sent to Hazrat Musa ( Allehy Salaam ). When he came to Hazrat Musa ( Allehy Salaam ) , Hazrat Musa ( Allehy Salaam ) , slapped him on the eye. The Angel returned to Allah Pak and said: 'You have sent me to a person, who does not want to die.' Allah Talla , blessed him with the new eye and replied: 'Return to him and tell him to put his hand on the back of an ox and for every hair that will come under it, he will be granted one year of life.', when Hazrat Musa ( Allehy Salaam ) , received that message, then He ( Allehy Salaam ) , said: 'O Lord! What will happen after that?' Allah Talla ,replied: 'Then death.' Hazrat Musa ( Allehy Salaam ) , said: 'Let it come now!' Hazrat Musa ( Allehy Salaam ) , then requested Allah Talla to let him die close to the Holy Land (Bait Ul Muqaddas), so that he would be at a distance of a stone's throw from it." (Sahi Bukhari-Chapter Kitab Al Janaiz & Sahi Muslim-Chapter-Excellence of Hazrat Musa Allehy Salaam )

Hazrat Mussa ( Allehy Salaam ) , preffered to be burreid near Bait Ul Muqaddas, because it is the place where many Holy Prophets were already burried. Hazrat Mussa ( Allehy Salaam ) , also wanted to be benifitted from the barkats of other Holy Prophets too.

Proof - 3 ::: When Hazrat Yaqoob ( Allehy Salaam ) , died in Egypt , he made a will, to be burried near his Father Holy Prophet Hazrat Ishaq ( Allehy Salaam ) , who was burried in Syria. So Hazrat Yousaf ( Alleh Salaam ) , took His Father's , Holy Prophet Hazrat Yaqoob Allehy Salaam's blessed Body , from Egypt to Syria. (Tafseer Kabeer) . This again proves that , Hazrat Yaqoob ( Allehy Salaam ) , wanted to get the barkata of His Father The Holy Prophet Hazrat Ishaq ( Allehy Salaam ).

Proof - 4 :: Hazrat Abu Bakar ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , preffered to be burried near Aaqa Allehy Salaam. As He ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , knew the advantagaes of being closer to Nabi E Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص.

Question: 6::Some people say, Never doubt any one's intentions, we can not see the heart of any person, so,every one, who, offers the Kalma, should be treated as the right one, and we should not consider any one as misguided, is it really so? Answer: Kalma can never be the exact parameter, to judge, whether some one is on the right path, or is the misguided one. It is not necessary that every one who, recites the Kalma, will be right Muslim too. Point 1 :: Terrorists like , TTP , and Daish also recite the kalma , but actually they are comitting great sins , can we call them on the right path, just because they are offering kalma ?? Point - 2 :: For example there are many people who recite the Kalma, but they use wrong words, even abuse (Astagh Fil Allah ) , some of the Sahaba E Karaam ( Rizwan Allah Ajmaeen ), then how can we consider them as on the correct path ? Point - 3 :: The people who offer sajda to any person or grave are also the misguided ones. According to Hazrat Ahmad Raza Khan Brelvi ( Rehmat Ullah Allehy ), if some one offers sajda with the intention of respect, then it is Haraam, and if some one offers sajda , with the intention of Ibadat, then it is Kuffar.(Fatawa Rizvia- Jild-22, page-423) Point - 4 :: There are people, who call “Yazeed (Curse Of Allah Talla , be upon him)”, as the innocent, and take his side, although yazeed, offered Kalma, but yet he was actually a misguided , khabees (Curse Of Allah Talla , be upon him) ,person. Point - 5 :: The people who, say that the Green Dome , in The Madina Pak , should be demolished, are also the highly misguided persons Point - 6 :::There are people who, destroyed the Holy Shrines of Hazrat Fatima ( Razi Allah Talla Ahna ) , Hazrat Imam Hassan ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , Hazrat Usman E Ghani ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , and other holy shrine in Madina Pak and Makkah Pak in 1925, how can they be compared with those muslims, who always repected these holy shrine for about 1300 more years. Bottom Line :: Actions speak louder than the words.......

Question: 7:Can we use the candles on the graves? Answer: Putting candles on the graves is not allowed. But if some one put, for the intention to make the path in graveyard, clear and easy for the visitors, then it is allowed. Question: 8: Is spending on the family, gives more sawab / reward, then spending, in the Way To Allah, or setting a slave free and even sadqa to a needy person, if yes, what is the proof ? Answer: Spending on the family gives a lot of sawab. The below mentioned, Hadees E Pak, clearly proves, that how important it is to spend on the family. Spending on the family gives, even more sawab / reward, then spending in the way To Allah, or to set a slave free, or even sadqa to a needy person. So please spend more lavishly on your family. Hadees E Pak ::Hazrat Abu Huraira (Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) reported Allah's Messenger ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص as saying: “Of the dinar you spend as a contribution in Allah's path, or to set free a slave, or as a sadaqa given to a needy, or to support your family, the one yielding the greatest reward is that which you spent on your family.” – (Muslim - Book 5, Hadith 2181)

Question: 09: Should we be afraid of bad dreams? Answer: Never be afraid of bad dreams,as :: Hadees E Pak ::The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said, ‘A good dream is from Allah, so if anyone of you saw a dream which he liked, he should not tell it to anybody except to the one whom he loves, and if he saw a dream which he disliked, then he should seek refuge with Allah from its evil and from the evil of Shaitan, and spit three times (on his left) and should not tell it to anybody, for it will not harm him.’”(Sahi Bukhari- #7044: The Book of the Interpretation of Dreams] This hadith provides guidelines regarding what to do with dreams. The first comforting thing we are told is that bad dreams are nothing to fear. Rather than get upset and worried after having a nightmare, we are told not to fret over it as bad dreams are from Shaitan and have no power to harm us should we follow the advice of the Prophet ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam). What we should do when we awaken from a bad dream is seek Allah’s refuge from the evil in the dream and from the evil of Shaitan and then spit (lightly) three times to the left. Once we have done that and placed our trust in Allah (Subhana wWa Ta’ala) then we can forget about the dream for it will have no power to harm us. It is crucial though that one not tell a bad dream to anybody either.

As far as good dreams are concerned, we should also exercise caution with them. If we must tell the dream to anybody, then to safeguard a good outcome from a good dream, we should only tell it to those whom we love and trust and are sure harbour no ill feelings or jealousy towards us.

Question : 10: Some people say, That Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص ,is a ordinary person like us ? Can His ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam's ) , knowledge of un-seen (Ilm E Ghaib), be proved from Quran E Pak and Hadees E Pak ?

Answer :: Always remember that, The Complete and ultimate, Ilm E Ghaib, is only with Almighty Allah The Great. Allah Pak , has not derived this Ilm E Ghaib from any one, he is alone, the ultimate source of Ilm , and he has no partner in his domain.

From his Ultimate Ilm E Ghaib, Allah Pak has blessed, his chosen ones, with Ilm E Ghaib too. Allah Pak has given differnt Ilm E Ghaib to different Holy Prophets, even To many Wali Allah, Allah Pak has given some specific Ilm E Ghaib too. But All The Holy Prophets , have received this Ilm E Gahib from Allah Pak, Where as Allah Pak had this Ilm E Ghaib from his own. But Allah Pak , has blessed, Our Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , with the Ilm E Ghaib , that is more than the collective Ilm E Ghaib, of all the other creations of Almighty Allah The Great.

The following references prove that, He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , was not a ordinary person like us and Also Prove his Knowledge of Un seen (Ilm E Ghaib)

Proof From Quran E Pak ::: “Nor will He disclose to you the secrets of the Unseen. But He chooses of His Apostles (For the purpose)” Surah-Ale-Imran, verse 179. Hadees E Pak:: It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Anas ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu) that when the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) went to Uhud mountain, with Hadhrat Abu Bakr Siddique , Hadhrat Umar Farooq , and Hadhrat Usman E Ghani ( Rizwan Allah Talla Ajmaeen ), on their arrival, the mountain itself started swaying. The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) , tapped it with his feet and said: Oh Uhud! Stop swaying. There is a Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam), one Siddique and two Shaheed (Martyrs) on you. -- (Sahih Bukhari-3675, ).** Can Ordinary person, like us know, who is going to be a Shaheed ? Proof From Quran E Pak ::: “The Knower of Unseen reveals not His secret to anyone. Except to His chosen Messengers”. Surah-Al-Jinn, verse 26. Hadees E Pak.:: Once the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , while passing through one of the grave-yards of Medina or Mecca heard the voices of two persons who were being tortured in their graves. The Prophet said, ''These two persons are being tortured not for a major sin (to avoid).'' The Prophet then added, ''Yes! (they are being tortured for a major sin). Indeed, one of them never saved himself from being soiled with his urine while the other used to go about with calumnies (to make enmiy between friends). The Prophet then asked for a green leaf of a date-palm tree, broke it into two pieces and put one on each grave. On being asked why he had done so, he replied, ''I hope that their torture might be lessened, till these get dried.(Sahi Bukhari - 218)* *Can ordinary person like us tell, who is being tortured in the grave ?and for what reason ? and how his pain can be reduced ? Proof From Quran E Pak ::: Allah has sent down to you the Book and Wisdom and has taught to you what you did not know, and great is the grace of Allah upon you.” Surah Al-Nisa, Verse 113.

Imam Tabari writes under this verse: Allah TA’ALA has told the Prophet (May Allah bless him and grant him peace), you must thank Allah TA’ALA Who has informed you of what has already happened and what will happen in the future and this is a great grace of Allah upon you. (Tafsir Tabari under verse 113 of Surah Al-Nisa). The above Qur’anic verses prove that Allah TA’ALA has given Muhammad ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , the knowledge of the Ghayb. Hadees E Pak ::: The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص stated, “Allah put the earth before me and I saw it from the East to the West” - - Muslim Shareef , Chapter of Excellence of the Prophet . This Hadith is a proof that the Prophet (May Allah bless him and grant him peace) was bestowed with the knowledge of the whole world. Proof From Quran E Pak ::: “These are the tidings of Unseen that We reveal to you in secret”. Surah-Ale-Imran, verse 44. Proof From Hadees E Pak ::We find in a narration from the collection of Imam Bukhari : Prophet Muhammad ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, stood up in one meeting and he started to tell us about events from the beginning of this world to the end and he told us about heaven and hell and about the people who were going to hell and who were going to heaven and what will be their places in heaven and hell. Of course, some people remember what he told us and some people have forgotten. (Bukhari Shareef, Chapter Bada-Ul-Khalq.) Proof :: From , Hadees E Pak ::: The Prophet Muhammad ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , led the Fajr prayer and then sat on the pulpit, and until Zuhr he told the people of the things about the Unseen. After Zuhr, he sat on the pulpit and continued until Asar, then sat on the pulpit and continued until Maghrib prayer. He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص even informed of the dwellers of Paradise and Hell. (Muslim chapter on Fadial). So how can , He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , be like us ???

Question: 11:Are Wali Allah, available in the recent time too, and how to find and judge a Wali Allah ? Answer: Wali Allah, are available in recent times too. But we have to find them out. When we have to put our children in a school, we visit many schools, and then make a choice, if we have to undergo a medical surgery, we visit many doctors, and then make our mind. Same lies here, if you want to find a Wali Allah, then put some effort yourself too. Wali Allah, will be the person, in whose company you become closer to Almighty Allah The Great. Wali Allah , will be a person, in whose company you start acting upon the Fraiz, and Sunnat E Nabvi ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص. Wali Allah, are those great persons, when we see their faces, we start remembering “Almighty Allah The Great”. The company of Wali Allah , will spark the love for The Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, in our heart, and our life will start changing, in the positive direction. A Wali Allah’s is destination is Madina Munawaraa, his focus is always very clear, and he never gets impressed from these worldly things.

Question: 12:If these bad group of Saudis (Al E Saud, and their friendly Ulema), are really wrong, than why Almighty Allah The Great has given them the responsibility of Makkah Pak and Madina Pak ? Answer: There are some people who argue, that if these bad group of saudis are wrong than why Almighty Allah The Great has given them the responsibility of the sacred places. Well there was a time when muskrakeen used to keep idols ( Buts , moortis ) in the Khanna Kabba, and used to do naked tawaf, were they right ? , because at that time they were in the control of the Holy Land ??? Then there was a time when yazeed was in control of sacred placed, can we call him right, because he was in control of the sacred places??? So this is a aazamaish, and In Sah Allah, soon it will be cleared very soon. In such period of azmaish, it is noted, who stands with whom.

Question : 13: Can we offer Durood O Salaam , before and after azan , Did Sahaba offer Durood E Pak , before and after, azan ?, Is this a biddat ? Answer : Azan can be performed , with and without Durood O Salaam. In both the cases the Azan can be delivered. Offering Durood O Salaam , before azan is neither Farz nor Wajib. But if some one offers Durood O Salaam , before azan, it is totally allowed too. Some people say that it is Bid’ah (innovation) to read the Durood Shareef before and after the Azaan. It is permissible to recite the Durood Shareef before and after the Azaan. This is a current practice in many of the Arab countries. The following Quranic verse commands us to send Durood and Salaam upon the Holy Prophetملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , and no specified time has been set aside for this. Allah Ta'ala says: "O ye who Believe! Send Durood and Salaams upon him in abundance." (Surah Ahzaab – Ayet No - 57) But if some one, consider it, as Bidat , even then it is allowed, not only allowed but highly recommended too. Remember that, good Bidat , is not only allowed but highly recommended too.For proof please read the below mentioned, Hadees E Pak::

Hadees E Pak - :Rasool Allah ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص stated: "The person who introduced a good thing in Islam, shall obtain the reward for it and also the reward for those who adopt it. As for the one who introduces a bad thing (Bid'ah Sayyi ah) he will obtain the punishment for introducing it and also for those who adopt it, will also be punished." (Sahih Muslim-1017- in Kitaab-uz-Zakaat ,Tirmidhee chapter Eleleven).

This Hadith gives proof of the fact that it is permissible to introduce a good act in Islam, also it gives permission to follow that deed with the intention of reward. So every bidat that falls within the basic parameter of shareeat, is allowed. Some examples of Bid'ah Hasana.

1:: For the intention of Sawab, Regularly and daily, Tauhajid Azan given in Makkah Pak and Madina Pak, now adays . Did Sahaba E Karaam ( Rizwan Allah Ajmaeen ), ever did so, on regular and daily basis ???? .... Why this biadat is accepable ???

2:: Did Sahaba E Karaam Rizwan Allah Ajmaeen , gave annual bath To Khanna E Kabba ???? But now it is done..... Why this biadat is accepable ???

So remember, all the above mentioned bidats are accepable, because these are not agaist the basic paramenters of shareeat. If some people have added some un Islamic things in on the name of Milad Shareef, then such un Islamic things should be stopped and banned, but Milad Shareef Shareef should not be criticized, till it is being celebrated, within the basic parameters of shareeat.

Question: 14: It Can be proved From Sahaba , that it is permissible to be buried in Shrine / Mazaar? Answer: Before coming to the issue of Shrines / Tomb / Maazaar, always remember, that, we can not offer sajda to any one, but only to Almighty Allah The Great. Remember, that, we can not worship and offer sajda even to Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص or to any Prophat ( Ellahy Salaam ) , Aulia Allah, or any Saint’s grave, it's Haaraam. We can worship and offer sajda to only Almighty Allah The Great. First know what is Maazaar / Shrine / Tomb ? It is a room, over the grave. Mazars or Tombs for a normal muslim are not allowed. But for Religious leaders, saints and Aulia Allah it's allowed. Proof No 1 - Had the shrines / Mazaraat, not been allowed in the shareeat, the Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddque ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) and Hazrat Umer E Farooq ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ), would have been buried in the open area, not in the room of Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allah Talla Anha, where Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , was already buried. These two great personalities were burried by other Sahaba E Karaam, in the Holy Shrine / Mazaar, of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam ). If it was not allowed in the shareeat, then why Two Great Ameer Ul Momeen ( Razi Allah Talla Ahnu ), were also buried in the Shrine / Mazar?? Proof - 2 : First Mazar / Shrine in Islam, is the Shrine / Mazzar E Muqaddas of Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, him self. He was buried in the Hujra / Room of Hazrat Ayesha ( Razi Allah Talla Ahna ). If the Mazzar was against the shareeat, the Sahaba E Karram ( Rizwan Allah Ajmaeem ), would have demolished that room, and would have shifted Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allah Talla Anha, some other place. Proof - 3:It is written by Hazrat Imam Bukhari ( Rehmat Ullah Allehy ) , in the Book 1, of Bukhari Shareef, that, when Hazrat Imam Hassan Razi Allah Talla Anhu, died, his Wife Razi Allah Talla Anha , made a dome on the Holy Grave Of Hazrat Imam Hassan Razi Allah Talla Anhu.(Sahi Bukhari -Kitab Al Janaiz - Before Hadees E Pak No: 1389) This is also written , in the Miskhat Shareef too. Had the Dome been, agaist shareeat, this dome would have never been made. Dome is made on a Shrine / mazaar , it can not be made in air, it also proves that Shrines / Mazaars are allowed in Islam. There are some people, who bring Some Aahadees E Nabvi ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, and try to prove that graves are to be leveled in islam. These wicked people do not tell the innocent , Muslims that those Aahadees E Nabvi ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, were about the graves of Jews and christians, who had made pictures and big structure ( Buts , like moortis ), and then used to worship those too.Had it not been allowed in the shareeat, the Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddque ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) and Hazrat Umer E Farooq ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ), would have been buried in the open area. Just imagine till 1925 no one ever dared to demolish the holy graves, but these people did it. Were all the Muslims before 1925, who respected those Holy Graves were wrong ? No, actually they were right.

Jannat Ul Baqi. ( Madina Munawaraa ), Now after the destruction of 1925. Question: 15: Did Shahba E Karaam (Rizwan Allah Talla Ajmaeen), celebrate Milad Shareef? Is Celebrating Milad Shareef a "Bidat" ? Answer: In Sha Allah , we will prove that Sahaba also celebrated Miad Shareef. But first remember, that, Milad Shareef is neither Farz , nor Wajib. If some one, does not celebrate it, we can not say thay he or she has commited a sin. But,If some one celebrates it, within the parameters of Shareeat, then it is 100%, allowed, and highly recommended act for Sawab. First, know, What is Milad Shareef ? If it is a mehfil (Gethering), where men and women are separated by parda, and where Hamd E Bari Talla is offered, where Talawat E Quran E Pak is offered, where Naat Shareef is offered and Dars is given, then it is totally allowed. At the time of Sahaba E Karaam, Talawat E Quran E Pak was offered, Hamd O Naat Shareef were offered, if we combine all these permissible acts together and call it Milad Shareef, how can it become against the shareeat. If some people have added some un Islamic things in on the name of Milad Shareef, then such un Islamic things should be stopped and banned, but Milad Shareef Shareef should not be criticized. For example now a days, many people have added many un Islamic events on the name of marriage and nikah, but it does not mean that we put a ban on marriage or nikkah, but we should try to avoid the un Islamic event in the marriage and nikkah ceremony. Milad Shareef is a mustahib amal. If some one arranges it, In Sha Allah, he gets a lot of sawab. But for a mustahib amal fraz should not be sacrificed. Like we can not Qaza a Farz namaz, for Milad Shareef mehfil. So proper arrangements should be made for the farz namaz too, at such mehfils. Is celebrating, Milad Shareef , a "Bidat". Some people say that, celebrating Milad Shareef is a bidat. Well first know what is bidat. Every thing that was introduced in deen and dunya after Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, is called as bidat. But remember celebrating Milad Shareef is not Bidat, as it is proved from the Aahadees E Nabvi ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص. But if some one, consider it, as Bidat , even then it is allowed, not only allowed but highly recommended too.

Page 25: History of this book · 2 History of this book By the grace of Allah, this book is in fact a continuation of my books written before in Urdu and English, "Talash E Haq" and "Nigh

25

Remember that, good Bidat , is not only allowed but highly recommended too.For proof please read the below mentioned, 2 - Aahadees E Mubaraka::

Proof No- 1:Rasool Allah ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص stated: "The person who introduced a good thing in Islam, shall obtain the reward for it and also the reward for those who adopt it. As for the one who introduces a bad thing (Bid'ah Sayyi ah) he will obtain the punishment for introducing it and also for those who adopt it, will also be punished." (Sahih Muslim-1017). This Hadith gives proof of the fact that it is permissible to introduce a good act in Islam, also it gives permission to follow that deed with the intention of reward. So every bidat that falls within the basic parameter of shareeat, is allowed. Proof No 2- :Imam Bukhari writes “”Hazrat Umar ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu )””” , ordered that congregational Taravi prayer should be offered together. When the people started this and Hazrat Umar ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , saw this, he said, “This is a good bid'ah”.(Bukhari- 2010, Kitab-us Taraweeh) Hazrat Umar Radi Allaho Unho ordered the people to offer congregational prayers of Taraweeh, and called this “Bid'ah Hasana.” From this we can prove ::: That ,After our Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , any new thing that was initiated and was not against his sunnah or the Qur'an is called Bid'ah Hasana. If every bidat is a bad bidat, then why “Hazrat Umer E Farooq (Razi Allah Talla Anhu), said , that, “ It is a good Biddat”. So it is proved that every bidat is not the bad biddat. And good bidats are allowed in Islam.

Question:16:Some people say, that, the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, was born on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal, but he also died on the same date. Then how can, some one celebrate, 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal as a happy day?

Answer: Even if The Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , had died on 12th of Rabi Ul Awal, even then we could make the celebrations for his birth day on that day, as , the mourning for someone's death should not be more than three days, except for a woman who has lost her husband.

The Prophet’sملسو هيلع هللا ىلص death was over 1400 years ago, so the period of mourning has passed. But the happiness over his arrival, to the world can and should, always be celebrated.

But, remember Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , did not die on 12th Rabi Ul Awal.

Proof:::It is written in Bubhari Shareef , (Kitab Ul Janaiz), that Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , died on Monday. It is also mentioned in Bukhari shareef, that Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , performed his first and the last Hajj, on Friday . 9-Zil Hajj.

This means that, Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , performed his first and the last hajj, about 3 months before his death.

So now according to Bukhari Shareef, We have four possibilities:

1- If Dhil Hijjah, Muharram and Safar all were of 30 days, then 12- Rabi Ul Awal does not fall on monday.

2- If Dhil Hijjah, Muharram and Safar all were of 29 days, then, again, 12- Rabi Ul Awal does not fall on monday.

3- If any two months were of 29 days and one of 30 days, then, again, 12- Rabi Ul Awal does not fall on monday.

4- If any two months were of 30 days and one of 29 days, then, again, 12- Rabi Ul Awal does not fall on monday.

So the common view of 12th Rabi ul Awwal, as the date Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , died has been proven to be incorrect.

Further more, even if The Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , had died on 12th of Rabi Ul Awal, even then we could make the celebrations for his birth day on that day, as , the mourning for someone's death should not be more than three days, except for a woman who has lost her husband.

The Prophet’sملسو هيلع هللا ىلص death was over 1400 years ago, so the period of mourning has passed. But the happiness over his arrival, to the world can and should, always be celebrated.

After someone dies, his death is remembered by reciting the Qur'an, remembering his merits, giving alms, and making du'a' for him. Even if the period of mourning for the Prophet's ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , death exists, all the actions mentioned above are included when people gather for Milad an-Nabi. For this reason, there is no need to separate the celebration of the Prophet'sملسو هيلع هللا ىلص birth, and the mourning of his death.

Question : 17:: How many countries celebrate Milaad Shareef ?

Answer: There are 47 countries, that officially celebrate Milaad Shareef, and have announced a Public holiday on that day.

In Arab Shareef, only 2- countries do not officially celebrate Milad shareef , these 2 countries are “Saudi Arab”, and “Qatar”

A total of 47 countries world-wide officially recognise Mawlid as a public holiday, some of them are not even Muslim dominated (India, Sri-Lanka, Fiji, Guyana, Tanzania, Mali etc.)

Countries in the World where Holy Prophet's ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص Birthday /Mawlid/Maulud , is a Public Holiday.

AFRICAN COUNTRIES: Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Comoros, Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Guinea, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Togo, (In Africa, a total 25 countries out of 54) MIDDLE EAST: Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestinian National Authority, Syria, United Arab Emirates/UAE, Yemen (11 out of total 14, Arab countries, celebrate Milad Shareef Officially, except “Qatar”, and “Saudi Arabia”) ASIA: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brunei, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan OTHER: Fiji, Guyana, Question:: 18:: How can there be an Eid Milad Un-Nabi ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , when there are only two Eids (Al-Fitr and Al-Adha)?

Answer: Proof From Quran E Pak ::: Allah Talla , Most High says in the Qur'an: "Said 'Isa, son of Maryam,, 'Oh Allah, our Lord, send down to us a tray of food from the Heavens so that it may be an occasion of 'Id for the first and the last of us'" [Sura al-Ma'ida, verse 114]

Quran E Pak, refers that day as Eid , when the Mon O Salva , was given to Bani Israel. So Eid is not specified to Eid Ul Fitar or Eid Ul Azha, only.

Proof from Hadees E Pak :::Imam al-Hakim writes that the Prophetملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said, "Friday is also an EId day". Once, in the Prophet's ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص's , time, EId came on Friday and the Prophet (May Allah bless Him and grant Him peace) said, "Allah has given you two 'Ids today" [al-Hakim, Mustadrak, 'Jumu'a';summary by Imam adh-Dhahabi]

From the above Hadees E Pak, it is proved that the term EId day" does not specifically apply to the two EId days (al-Fitr and al-Adha) but instead, it could be used for any Islamic holy day. This means that we can refer to 'Milad an-Nabi' as EId-Milad an-Nabi'.

Question : 19:Can we get any benefit / Cure from the Relics / Tabarrakaat of Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص ? Answer ::Seeking Blessings through the Holy Relics of Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , is 100% allowed.

Proof::1:: :::Cure through the Prophet ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam’s)Cloak:: Hazrat Asma( Razi Allah Tall Anha ), said , that, Here is the cloak of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him). and she brought out to me that cloak made of Persian cloth with a hem of brocade, and its sleeves bordered with brocade and said: This was Allah's Messenger's cloak with Hazrat Aisha ( Razi Allah Talla Anha ), until she died, and when she died. I got possession of it. The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) used to wear that, and "WE WASHED IT FOR THE SICK AND SOUGHT CURE THEREBY"Reference►Sahih Muslim Hadith #5149

Proof::2 :: :::Prophetملسو هيلع هللا ىلصconfirming the act to be right:::HazratAnas Bin Malik ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , reported that Allah's Apostle ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص came to the house of Hazrat Umm Sulaim ( Razi Allah Talla Anha ), and slept in her bed while she was away from her house. On the other day too he slept in her bed. She came and it was said to her: It is Allah's Apostle ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص who is having siesta in your house, lying in your bed. She came and found him sweating and his sweat falling on the leather cloth spread on her bed. She opened her scent-bag and began to fill the bottles with it. Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) was startled and woke up and said: Umm Sulaim, what are you doing? She said: Allah's Messenger, we seek blessings for our children through it. Thereupon he said: You have done something right.Reference►Book 030, Number 5762: Sahih Muslim Question:: 20 :: Which is the best dua ? Answer: Dua, should be made to our Almighty Allah The Great. It is allowed and recommended act in shareeat. Normally we make duas for ourself, for our parents, children, friends, business, job etc….. All these duas are allowed. But the question arises, which is the best dua to be offered. Best dua to be offered, should be to offer Durood Pak. As when we offer Durood Pak, there we make Dua To Allah Pak, for the Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , and his family. If one offers Durood Pak, instead of making dua for himself and his family, then In Sha Allah, the all of his/her legitimate intentions, will automatically be accepted by our Lord. So the time which we utilize , in making dua for ourself , can be utilized in much better way, if we Offer Durood Pak, in that time too. I am not saying that other duas are not allowed, but I am just saying that Offering Durood Pak, is the best dua to be offered. Normally , when people go for Umrah, they write many duas, that they wish to offer, when they see the Kabba Pak for the first time, but, if at the first sight At The Kabba, again , we offer Durood Pak , I am sure our all the hidden legitimate intentions and prayers, will automatically be accepted.

Question: 21: Is saying, “Ya Muhammadملسو هيلع هللا ىلص”, allowed in islam, or it is shirk? Answer:Saying Ya Muhammad ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , is 100% allowed in islam. Proof 1::Hazrat Imaam Bukhari ( Radi Allahu Anhu ) in his very famous book "Al Aadaab Al Mufrad", has recorded that, After the death of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, Once, Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Omar ( Radi Allahu Anhu ) suffered from a cramp. Someone advised him to remember the person whom he loved the most. The great companion then proclaimed loudly, "Ya Muhammadah." It is recorded that he was immediately relieved.**The above incident took place after the death of Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص *** Proof 2:::It was common CUSTOM of Sahaba to say "Ya Muhammad" , even after the death of Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , Here one reference from Ibn Kathir (Al-Badaya wa al-Nahaya): ....When Hazrat Khalid bin Waleed ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ), fought with 60,000 men's army of Musailma Kadhab, the number of Muslims was very less. And they (muslims) faced so many hardships in this battle that were about to get defeat. When Hazrat Khalid bin Waleed ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu), and some of his companions, who stood fast, saw that, they said:... then they raised slogan according to CUSTOM of Muslims.... "YA MUHAMMAD"..... and as result Musailma was killed and Muslims got victory. 1. Were all these Sahaba "Mushriks" (Astagh Fir Allah)? 2. Why don't you put the fatwa of Shirk upon Ibn Kathir for recording this shirk in his book?(Note: There is big difference between recording "Weak Tradition" and recording "Shirk Tradition".In fact, this shirk fatwa not only applies on Ibn Kathir, but also "Tabari" (who recorded this same tradition in his History in incidents of year of killing Musailma Kadhab. And this same shirk fatwa goes to Ibn Athir too, who recorded it in his history , volume 2, page 152. Hadees E Pak , about Shirk:::Narrated Hazrat Uqba bin 'Amir ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ): One day the Prophet went out and offered the funeral prayers of the martyrs of Uhud and then went up the pulpit and said, "I ملسو هيلع هللا ىلصwill pave the way for you as your predecessor and will be a witness on you. By Allah! I see my Fount (Kauthar) just now and I have been given the keys of all the treasures of the earth (or the keys of the earth) "BY ALLAH! I AM NOT AFRAID THAT YOU WILL WORSHIP OTHERS ALONG WITH ALLAH AFTER MY DEATH, BUT I AM AFRAID THAT YOU WILL FIGHT WITH ONE ANOTHER FOR THE WORLDLY THINGS"Sahi Bukhari -428 ,Volume 2, Book 23,. When Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, has ensured that his ummat will not commit shirk, then who are these people, who keep on putting shirk fatawas on the muslims.

Question: 22:: Can we offer dua, using the supplication / Waseela? If yes what is the proof? Answer: Dua without supplication / waseela is also allowed. But if we use waseela, for dua , it is also allowed. It is also proved from the Holy Quran and Hadees U Nabvi ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص It is the belief of Momneens, that it is permissible to supplicate to Allah with the Tawasul of good deeds. It is permitted to supplicate with the Tawasul of a living pious person and it is also permitted to supplicate with the Tawasul of the deceased pious person. Proof from the Quran E Pak :Allah most High says in the Holy Qur'an: "O you who Believe! Do your duties to Allah and fear Him seek the means of approach unto him, and strive (with might and main) in His cause so that you may prosper. (Surah Mai’dah verse 35, Surah 5) In this verse, Allah has informed us to seek ways of obtaining Waseela, a means to approach Him. Our Prophet (May Allah bless him and grant him peace), is our Waseela in this world and hereafter. Proof From Holy Quran:: There is a place in the Haram E Kabba, called as Muqam E Ibraheem. Allah Pak has specially mentioned this place in Holy Quran, and has asked us to specially offer prayer (namaz) at that place. Surah Baqra, Ayet No: 125 .. And when We made the House (at Makka) a resort for mankind and sanctuary, (saying): Take as your place of worship the place where Abraham stood (to pray). And We imposed a duty upon Abraham and Ishmael, (saying): Purify My house for those who go around and those who meditate therein and those who bow down and prostrate themselves (in worship). This shows the place where the holy foot prints of Hazrat Ibraheem Allehy Salaam are available, is considered so special, that Allah Pak has asked us to pray (namaz) over there. Namaz is itself a cluster of various duas. Its mean at Muqam E Ibraheem the chances of acceptance of dua is much higher. So just imagine than how important Madina Pak, will be, where the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص is himself resting. And how bright the chances of acceptance of our duas will there. Question: 23: When the Holy Hadith proves that the Prophets (peace be upon them) can help someone even after death, then why is it not permissible to seek help from the deceased saints on the basis of these incidents? What is the correct way to go to the shrine and pray?

Answer: Those who tell you that the saints can help even after death, then ask them to prove their claim with a confirmed hadith. And ask them to prove that, the Companions of Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص used to go to the shrines and ask for help from the deceased. They can never substantiate this claim. But the Prophets can help even after death with the mercy of Allah Almighty. Because this is proved by the Holy Hadith.

Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص and his companions, never advised us, to visit the graves of the saints in time of trouble and to get help from the deceased noble persons. Even when we visit Graves of the saints, even there we should offer dua to Allah only. We should ask Allah to bless that saint too.

Holy Hadith: Dua is worship (Tirmidhi, 3372). Therefore, da is worship and worship can be done only to Allah Almighty.

Proof- 1::When the Messenger of Allah, (May Allah bless him and grant him peace), went on the Mi’raj, fifty prayers a day were initially ordered. On return Prophet Musa, peace be upon him, requested the Messenger of Allah, (May Allah bless him and grant him peace), to return to Allah and ask for a reduction in prayers. He did so and by doing this, the number of times was reduced to five prayers a day. (Sahi Bukhari and Sahi Muslim , Both , in chapter Mairaj) Prophet Musa Allehy Salaam , peace be upon him, helped the Umma of the Messenger of Allah, (May Allah bless him and grant him peace), even after he had passed away.

Note: But these special events of the Prophets should not be used as a basis to try to prove the greatness of other good people. There is a great difference between the Prophets and other saints.

Proof- 2 ::Hafidhh Ibn Khathir writes that:Hazrat ‘Uthman Ghani, May Allah be pleased with Him, said that when the enemy surrounded his house and stopped the household from receiving water, they were thirsty for many days. ‘Hazrat Usman ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ), said: One day I saw that the Messenger of Allah, (May Allah bless him and grant him peace), give me some water from my window. Some days later my roof parted, and the Prophet of Allah, (May Allah bless him and grant him peace) accompanied by Abu Bakr and Umar (May Allah be pleased with them), entered and gave me some water to drink, and enquired: You will break your fast with us tomorrow(Tarikh Ibn Kathir, Chapter on the death of ‘Uthman, may Allah be pleased with Him)

Proof- 3 ::Hafidhh Ibn Kathir writes that:: In the 18th year of the Hijra during the Khilafa of ‘Umar, may Allah be pleased with Him, there was a famine. ‘Umar and Bilal, May Allah be well pleased with them, went to the blessed grave of the Prophet (May Allah bless him and grant him peace), and said ‘Ya Rasul Allah! Your Umma is dying (from hunger), pray for us that Allah sends us rain’. Later, Bilal, may Allah be pleased with Him, had a dream in which the Prophet of Allah, (May Allah bless him and grant him peace), told Bilal to go to ‘Umar, and convey his( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam's ) salaam, and to inform him that there will be rain and that he should perform Salaah Istisqa’. This is a very authentic narration. (Tarikh Ibn Kathir, chapter Khilafa of ‘Umar, may Allah be pleased with Him)

Note: But these special events of the Prophets should not be used as a basis to try to prove the greatness of other good people. There is a great difference between the Prophets and other saints.

Question: 24: Some people say, do not talk about sects in islam, everyone, who recites Kalma, is right, is it really so? Does sects matter in Islam?

Answer:Sects do matter a lot in islam. And the people who say that, every one is right, are themselves , totally wrong. Well terroriset like, Daish, TTP, also recite Kalma, are they right? No, they are wrong. Yazeed and his followers also recited the Kalma, were they right? No they were wrong.

Now read the following Aahadees E Nabvi ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, care fully, In Sha Allah, you will find the truth.

Hadees E Pak :: My Ummah will split into seventy-three sects. All of them are in the Fire Except one sect. He said: And which is it O Messenger of Allah? He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said: What I am upon and my Companions.( Tirmizi- 2641)

So it is now very clear that, only one sect will be on the right path, other 72 will go to the hell. Now the question arises which one will be that right one. But remember other 72 sect persons will also come to Jannat after completing their punishment in hell. Because other 72 sects are not excluded from the Ummah. As long as some one belief does not reach to the level of Kufar, like Qadiani (Kafir), he will remain muslim. So shia, wahabi, deobandi and brelvi all are different sects of muslims, but qadianis are not a muslim sect, qadianis are confirmed kafir.

Proof From Hadees E Pak ::: The Beloved Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said:“Allah will never allow my Ummah to unite upon misguidance and incorrect beliefs. Allah’s mercy, blessings and protection are with the largest group of Muslims. And he who deviates from this largest group of Muslims will be thrown into Hell.” (Tirmizi –2167) Proof From Hadees E Pak ::: The Beloved Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said:“ The people of the Book before were split up into seventy-two sects, and this community will be split into seventy three: seventy-two of them will go to Hell and one of them will go to Paradise, and it is the majority group. (Abu Dawood- 4597)

Proof From Hadees E Pak :::The Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said: "Follow the way of the largest group of Muslims! For, he who deviates from this group will be thrown into Hell!" (Ibn Majah - 3950)

The Beloved Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص advised us to remain firm with the largest group of Muslims and remain steadfast upon their way in beliefs and in actions.Whether some one is Hanafi , Malaki , Sahfai or Hambali, all have the same “Beliefs” (Aqeeda). They all have only some minor differences, but share the same belief (Aqeda), that is of the actual importance. So the largest group of Ummah, Respects Hazrat Abu Bakr , Hazrat Umar and all the other companions (May Allah be please with all of them), celebrates the Milad Shareef, Believe in Supplication / waseela, visit the shrines of Saints and noble people, (At Shrines they do not ask for help from the dead Saints, as asking for help from dead saints is not allowed, even at shrines we have to seek help and dua from Allah only), and they have two slogan “ Ya Allah” and “Ya Rasool Allah” ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص. And Collectively they all are called as “Ahle Sunnat WaJamaat”. Ma Sha Allah, in Pakistan , Turky , India , Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Egypt, Syria , Iraq , Lebya , Sudan , in most parts of the world Ahle Sunnat Wajamaat is in majority. That is the reason we find the holy shrines all across the world.

Where as the people of smaller sects are in majority only in Iran and Saudi Arab, Qatar, UAE.

Question: 25: Is Qul / Chaleeswaan allowed in islam ?

Answer:Qul and Chaleeswaan are, neither Farz , nor Wajib. If some one does not , organize it, he has not comitted any sin. But on the other side, it is, not only allowed allowed in islam, but highly recommended too..

Fatiha, Qul , Teeja (Fatiha made on the 3rd day after a person's death), Daswaan (the 10th day after) and Chaliswaan (on the 40th day after) etc. pertain to the exclusive category of Eesal-e-Thawab and not for receiving any benefit for one's own self!

On these occasions Fatiha (recitation of Qur'an a kind of physical deed of goodness) and Sadqah (a mode of financial involvement) are done mainly, rather exclusively for conveying the reward (Eesal-e-Sawab), in favour of the deceased persons whether near and dear ones or some spiritual dignitaries (Awliya E Allah) who are in themselves the fountain heads of blessing and beneficence for their devotees. But if some one, consider it, as Bidat , even then it is allowed, not only allowed but highly recommended too.For proof please read the below mentioned, 2 - Aahadees E Mubaraka:: Proof No- 1:Rasool Allah ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص stated: "The person who introduced a good thing in Islam, shall obtain the reward for it and also the reward for those who adopt it. Proof No 2- :Imam Bukhari writes “”Hazrat Umar ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu )””” , ordered that congregational Taravi prayer should be offered together. When the people started this and Hazrat Umar ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , saw this, he said, “This is a good bid'ah”. (Bukhari- 2010, Kitab-us Taraweeh) Hazrat Umar Radi Allaho Unho ordered the people to offer congregational prayers of Taraweeh, and called this “Bid'ah Hasana.” From this we can prove that :: After our Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , any new thing that was initiated and was not against his sunnah or the Qur'an is called Bid'ah Hasana. If every bidat is a bad bidat, then why “Hazrat Umer E Farooq (Razi Allah Talla Anhu), said , that, “ It is a good Biddat”. So it is proved that every bidat is not the bad biddat. And good bidats are allowed in Islam. Some examples of Bid'ah Hasana.1:: For the intention of Sawab, Regularly and daily, Tauhajid Azan given in Makkah Pak and Madina Pak, now adays .

One more, PROOF- :::There is a saying of Hazrat Abu Huraira ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ),: "Is there any of you who will undertake to pray two or four rak'ahs on my behalf in the mosque of al-Ashshar, stating, "they are on behalf of Abu Hurayrah" Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitab al-Malaahim, Vol 2, Page 244, Hadith 3754, Shau'ab al-Iman lil Bayhaqi, Bab al Fadail al-Hajj wa al-Umrah, Vol. 9, Page 152, Hadith 3960 From the above narration three clear problems and their solutions can be deduced namely:

To offer physical act of worship (Namaz) with the intention of conveying the thawab of that Namaz to any other person is permissible.

Page 34: History of this book · 2 History of this book By the grace of Allah, this book is in fact a continuation of my books written before in Urdu and English, "Talash E Haq" and "Nigh

34

To utter by the tongue praying Almighty Allah to convey the thawab to so and so (by Name) is much better than simple intention. To offer the Namaz in the Masjid of some righteous saintly person with the intention of receiving more thawab is also permissible.

Question: 26: What is Istakhara ? How to perform it ?

Answer:Istakhara refers to seeking assistance from Almighty Allah The Great. In our life we keep on taking decisions, like change of job, doing business, marriage , buying a new house, etc.... Some of our decisions prove to be good, and some prove to be wrong. We normally get suggestions from our parents, children, relatives, friends.....etc.... They all give us their best and sincere suggestions. But their best and sincere advice might not be actually good for us.So then how to reach to a perfect decision.?Get directions directly from Almighty Allah The Great, ...... Answer is Extremely simple.......perform " ISTAKHARA ", before any important work.

According To Nabi Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, “ The one who performs Istakhara, never get disappointed” How to do it ?.......Most preferred and common method:...... Before going to sleep, offer two nawafal of namaz. Then recite Darood E Pak (Sal Lal La Ho Alahy Wa Aalehy Wasalam )., for some time, and then read the Dua E Istakhara, and then again recite Darood E Pak (Sal Lal La Ho Alahy Wa Aalehy Wasalam )., for some time and then go to sleep. In Sha Allah, in sleep you will get indication, about what to do. If you see white/green colour, or see happiness and feel good, it means that, you are allowed for that act. Where as if you see black/ red colour, or see troubles or feel bad, it’s mean you should avoid that particular act. Please pass this information to others Muslim brothers and sisters too. Dua E Istakhara, is given below:

Translation In English ::: O Allah! I seek goodness from Your Knowledge and with Your Power (and Might) I seek strength, and I ask from You Your Great Blessings, because You have the Power and I do not have the power. You Know everything and I do not know, and You have knowledge of the unseen. Oh Allah! If in Your Knowledge this action ------------------------------------------------ (which I intend to do) is better for my religion and faith, for my life and end [death], for here [in this world] and the hereafter then make it destined for me and make it easy for me and then add blessings [baraka'] in it, for me. O Allah! In Your Knowledge if this action is bad for me, bad for my religion and faith, for my life and end [death], for here [in this world] and the hereafter then turn it away from me and turn me away from it and whatever is better for me, ordain [destine] that for me and then make me satisfied with it." This whole procedure is of about 5 to 7 minutes. But the advice that we get from Almighty Allah The Great, will always be the best for us. Do not bother others, just try to perform Istakhara. Make it a part of your life. In Sha Allah, you will never be disappointed.

Question : 27:: Is Azar, (A non believer and Kafir) , father of Hazrat Ibraheem Alley Salaam?

Answer :: It is certain through verses and hadiths that the Parents and all of the grandfathers of our Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص are clean believers. So how come the father of Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam , be a Kafir/Non Believer , as the father of Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam , is also among the forefathers of Nabi E Pak ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص . Parents of Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , and all of the grandfathers of our Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص are believers and cleanest personalites ever.

Proof From Hadees E Pak :: Allah's Apostle said, I have been sent (as an Apostle) in the best of all the generations of Adam's offspring since their Creation. (Sahi Bukhari – 3557)

The father of Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam , is not Azar. Azar was a kafir/non believer, and he was the uncle of Hazrat Ibrahim Alley Salaam. The Father of Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam , was a momin, and his name is Hazrat Tarikh ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) (Ibn Kaseer - Bidaya Wal Nahaya , Also in Holy Tauraat Shareef )

Proof from Hadees E Pak "I descend from the best people. My ancestors are the best people." [Tirmidhi-3607 and 3608]

The above hadiths indicate that all of the grandparents of our Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , are clean believers. Since unbelievers are dirty, it is impossible for the father of Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam ,to become an unbeliever.

Proof from Quran E Pak:: In Quran E Pak , Surah Ibrahim (Ayet No-38-41), Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam , is thanking Almighty Allah The Great , for giving two sons, Hazrat Ishaq Allehy Salaam and Hazrat Ismail Allehy Salaam , in old age. And also Asking Almighty Allah The Great , for forgiveness of his parents.

(Had the parents of Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam, Kafir/Non belivers, he would have never asked Almighty Allah The Great for their maghfarat. Remember, Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam , asked this dua in his old age.

Proof Number - 2 , From Quran E Pak ::: The people, who say that Azar was the Father of Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam , say that in Quran E Pak , the relationship of Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam , with azar has been established with the word "Ab" . Which means father. So they insist that "Ab" means father, and in the Holy Quran , it is written that azar is the "Ab" of Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam, so azar is the father of Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam. However, 'Ab' has different meanings and does not necessarily mean 'Walid' (biological father). The plural of "Ab" is "Abaika", which is used in the same Holy Quran E Pak , for the uncle and Grand father too. (In the last Rakooh, of the first Sipara) Now the word ' Ab ' in Arabic language may mean father as well as ancestor or even uncle as, Hazrat Ismail Allehy Salaam , the uncle of Hazrat Yaqoob (Jaqob) Allehy Salaam , has been addressed as ' Ab ' in the following Quranic verse ... (In the last Rakooh, of the first Sipara)

Page 37: History of this book · 2 History of this book By the grace of Allah, this book is in fact a continuation of my books written before in Urdu and English, "Talash E Haq" and "Nigh

37

Since Hazrat Ismail Allehy Salaam , was not the father of Hazrat Yaqoob ( Jacob ) Allehy Salaam , and yet Quran uses the word 'Ab' for him as uncle, then the usage of this word for other than biological father is established... The Holy Prophetملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , has said that the essence of his existence had been transmitted and ultimately conveyed to his immediate parents through a pure, a holy and sanctified progeny. Besides Prophet Abraheem Alley Salaam , prays for his biological father (Walid) along with the other believers, which clearly indicates that his biological father was not a polytheist. This is evident from the following Quranic verse ... O our Lord !grant me protection and my parents (Walidayn) and the believers on the day when the reckoning shall come to pass. [14:41] Hazrat Ibrahim ( Allehy Salaam ) was the son of Hazrat Tarakh ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ). When Hazrat Tarakh ( Razi Allah Talla ) ,was 75 years of age, Hazrat Ibrahim Allehy Salaam , was born to him.(Reference: al-Bidaya wan Nahaya, by IbnKatheer, v 1 p 139)

Question :: 28 :: Is it permissible in Islam to perform Fatiha of food or blow on food by saying Al Fatiha ? Is Esaal E Sawab , allowed in Islam ?

Answer:

There is no evidence to suggest that after such recitation, blowing on the food is forbidden. In fact, there is ample evidence to suggest that it is the Sunna to seek the Baraka of the recitation by blowing thereafter.

Proof From Hadees E Pak :: Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reports that when the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص felt ill, he would recite Surah Falaq and Surah Naas, and then blow upon himself using his hands (Sahih Bukhari – 4439, Part).

To put simply, Esal e Sawab is nothing other than to ask Allah for the forgiveness of our sins, and to raise the spiritual status of the deceased. This may be achieved through various practices, such as the offering of du’as [supplications], to recite the Qur’an, to offer Qurbani [at Eid al Adha], and also, to perform a compulsory Hajj [fard] on the behalf of the deceased.

Evidence from the Qur’an:: Allah (Almighty.) has ordered the Muslims (believers) that you pray for your parents as follows: O’ My Lord [Allah (Almighty.], have mercy on my parents like they have bought me up through my childhood. (Surah Isra, Verse 24)

Page 38: History of this book · 2 History of this book By the grace of Allah, this book is in fact a continuation of my books written before in Urdu and English, "Talash E Haq" and "Nigh

38

Proof from Holy Quran ::Allah (Almighty.) has praised those Muslims who ask for forgiveness of the deceased. They ask for forgiveness in the following manner: O’ Allah (Almighty.) forgive us and forgive our Muslim brothers and sisters who have passed away. (Surah Hashir, Verse 10) The above mentioned verses demonstrate that if anyone prays on behalf of another person, the latter will receive the [spiritual] benefits - Allah Willing. This also demonstrates that if it was the wrong action Allah would not have ordered us to pray for other people, nor would He have stated that those who ask for forgiveness for the deceased, receive praises from Allah. Proof From Hadees 1:: A man came to the Prophet Muhammad [May Allah bless Him and grant Him peace] and said ‘My mother has suddenly died and she did not leave any will, but I suspect that if she did that then she would have told me to give something to charity. Now if I offer something in charity on her behalf, will she get the reward?’Prophet Muhammad [May Allah bless Him and grant Him peace] said ‘Yes’. Then the man said that I make you, the Prophet, as my witness, that I offer my garden full of fruits to charity.(Bukhari & Muslim, Chapter Al-Wasiha) This hadith, as can be clearly read, proves that to offer a charity on behalf of the deceased will result in the deceased obtainig a benefit. Proof from Hadees 2:: Prophet Muhammad [May Allah bless Him and grant Him peace] has said, The status of the deceased is raised(during their time in the grave), and the deceased ask Allah (Almighty.) why has this happened, Allah (Almighty.) replies that your son has prayed for your forgiveness. (Al-Adab, Al-Mufid Chapter Excellency of the Parents by Imam Bukhari) From this particular hadith, it can be understood that not only charity, but the offering of prayers (making duas) and the giving of alms, will also benefit the deceased.

Question :: 29 :: Some people say, if the current Saudi Government and Saudi ulema , do not celebrate “Milad Shareef”, then why should we celebete it ?

Answer :: One of the biggest misconceptions of our time is that the Muslims look at the Imams and the clergy of Makkah and Madinah as the true and correct scholars of Islam. They believe whatever the Imams of Masjid Al Haraam and Masjid Al Nabawi Sharif say, “can not be wrong”. They are the Imams of the Holiest Mosques in the entire world. Since these Imams do call Eid Milad un Nabi (Peace be upon him) a Bid’a; therefore, it must be a Bid’a. The Mufti of Saudi Arabia must be the most knowledgeable scholar. His Fatwa should be the most authentic.

Page 39: History of this book · 2 History of this book By the grace of Allah, this book is in fact a continuation of my books written before in Urdu and English, "Talash E Haq" and "Nigh

39

If this is the standard then let me draw your attention towards history.

Ottomans (Sultanat-e-Usmania) ruled Makkah and Madinah and the most of the Muslim world for seven centuries. For seven centuries the Imams of Masjid Al Haraam and Masjid Al Nabawi Sharif used to organize, celebrate and lead the celebrations of Eid Milad un Nabi (peace be upon him). Eid Milad un Nabi has always been celebrated throughout the Arabian peninsula before becoming Saudi Arabia including Masjid Al Haraam and Masjid Al Nabawi Sharif. In fact, the largest gathering of Eid Milad un Nabi (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) used to be held in Masjid Al Haraam in Makkah. This practice was stopped after the WAHABI revolution in Saudi Arabia. If you would have been born during the Ottoman Empire, you would have seen the biggest celebration of Milad Sharif in Haram Al Makki and Madani.

We MUST not change our traditions if the governments change. Our traditions are based upon the holy Qur’an, the noble Sunnah of our Prophet (Peace be upon him) and the “Ijma” (consensus) of scholars of Islam. If the government in Saudi Arabia changes today then what happens to the opponents of Eid Milad un Nabi? Will they start celebrating?

Question : 30:Can we prove from Hadees E Pak , that Madina is superior than Makkah . ?

Answer ::: Hadees E Pak - 1 ::: Narrated Hazrat Anas ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) ,: The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said, "O Allah! Bestow on Medina twice the blessings You bestowed on Mecca." (Sahih Bukhari-1885) Hadees E Pak - 2 ::: Narrated Hazrat Zaid bin Aslam ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , from his father: Hazrat Umar ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , said, O Allah! Grant me martyrdom in Your cause, and let my death be in the city of Your Apostle." (Sahih Bukhari-1890) If Sayyidna Umar ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , considered Makkah as more superior then he would have asked for martyrdom in Makkah , not Madina and with the Grace of Allah Talla , Sayyidna Farooqal-Azam ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , was also martyred in Madina and his dua was accepted. Hadees E Pak – 3 ::: Narrated Hazrat Abdullah bin Zaid ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , : The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said, "The Prophet Abraham made Mecca a sanctuary, and asked for Allah's blessing in it. I made Medina a sanctuary as Abraham made Mecca a sanctuary and I asked for Allah's Blessing in its measures the Mudd and the Sa as Abraham did for Mecca. Volume 3, Book 34, Number 339: (Sahih Bukhari)

As we know Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is seuprior in status to Ibrahim (alaih salam) so the sanctuary which he made is also superior by analogical point of view. Makkah Pak , was the most superior

place on the universe, till the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , stayed there. But when He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , shifted to Madina Pak , then the Madina Pak , became the most superior place on the universe.

So now the Madina Pak , is superior than the Makkah Pak , as now the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , is resting at Madina Pak. After reading clear sahih hadiths , it becomes certain that Madina is more blessed than Makkak.

Question :: 31 :: Is it allowed in Islam, to stand in respect for others ?

Answer ::: Yes , it is 100 % allowed in islam, to stand in respect for others. However, the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص disliked for people to stand when He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص arrived due to setting an example of humility for us.

Hazrat Anas ibn Malik ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) ,reported: There was no person more beloved to the companions than the Messenger of Allah. When they saw him coming, they would not stand up because they knew he disliked that. Tirmidhi 2754

Although standing is not entirely forbidden, the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص has warned us not to follow the path of the kings of the past who were arrogant in their demand for such signs of respect.

Proof No- 1- From Hadees E Pak :: Narrated by Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Abi Laila ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) ::Hazrat Sahl bin Hunaif ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) and Hazrat Qais bin Sad ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , were sitting in the city of Al-Qadisiya. A funeral procession passed in front of them and they stood up. They were told that funeral procession was of one of the inhabitants of the land i.e. of a non-believer, under the protection of Muslims. They said, "A funeral procession passed in front of the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص and He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص stood up. When He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص was told that it was the coffin of a Jew, He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said, "Is it not a living being (soul)?" (Sahi Bukhari- Hadees E Pak Number – 1312) Now it is proved that, we can even stand for the funeral of non muslims too Proof No -2 - From Hadees E Pak :: On another occasion, the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص commanded the companions to stand for Hazrat Sa’d ibn Mu’adh ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , who at the time was acting as judge, saying: Stand for your chief. (Sahi Bukhari – Hadees E Pak Number – 3043)

So it is now proved that, for the people of respect we should and must stand.

Question :: 32 :: Which type of Music is allowed in Islam and which type od music is not allowed in Islam ? And Can we prove our argument from Hadees E Pak ?

Answer ::: For music issue first we have to understand, as there are two types of bidats, one is good bidat “Bidat E Hasna” and proved from Hadees E Pak and is 100% allowed , and another type of bidat is bad bidat “Bidat E Siah” , which is again proved from Hadees E Pak , and according to Hadees E Pak , such bidat is not allowed in Islam. Same is the case with music. The music that brings one closer to Almighty Allah The Great , is allowed in Islam . Such music will come under the category of good music and is allowed in Islam , and it is proved from Hadees E Pak , too. For Example , 1:: Hamd and Naat Shareef , with Daff and some other musical instruments. 2:: The Sufi Music, that is very common in Turkey, Syria , Yamen, Egypt, etc… 3:: Another form of Allowed music that is very common in Pakistan , India , Bangladesh is the Qawali.. etc Proof From Hadees E Pak - 1 ::: Hazrat Ayesha ( Razi Allah Talla Anha ) , Naraates :: Hazrat Abu Bakr ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , came to my house while two small Ansari girls were singing beside me the stories of the Ansar concerning the Day of Buath. And they were not singers. Abu Bakr said protestingly, "Musical instruments of Satan in the house of Allah's Apostle !" It happened on the 'Id day and The Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said, "O Abu Bakr! There is an 'Id for every nation and this is our 'Id." (Sahi Bukhari – 952) Principal Established::Had the music / musical instruments, been totally Haraam, in Islam , the Holy Prophet allowed the ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص would have accepted the argument of Hazrat Abu Bakar ( Razi Allah Talla Anhu ) , but He , ملسو هيلع هللا ىلصmusical instruments and the singing both. Remember on Eid day Haraam does not convert to Halal. It was allowed and not Haraam, so The Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , allowed it. Now again read the above Hadees E Pak , once more, In Sha Allah , every thing will be cleared. The music that is not allowed, is the music that makes one away from the Allah Pak, like songs in the movies , rock , disco etc….. .

Question :33 :Should we get Ilm E Deen first, and then find a (Spiritual Leader), Peer Sahib for us, or First we should find a peer sahib , and then get ilm e deen from him? Is it really important to become a mureed (follower), of a (Spiritual Leader), Peer Sahib, in Islam ??

Answer ::: To become a mureed (Follower) ,of any Peer Sahib (Spiritual Leader), is neither farz or wajib in islam. If some one does not become the mureed of any Peer Sahib , he or she is not committing any sin. There are some people who argue that, first find a Peer Sahib, and then get Ilm Deen from him. This argument is wrong, as in our society there are many fake peers and there are numbers of people who follow these fake peers blindly. As the follwers of these fake peers , have not leared the ilm deen first, so they got trapped in the net of the fake peers. Had these blind follwers learned the basic ilm deen first, they could have differenciated the fake and original peers. Now look at the life of our great Ulema E Deen , like Hazrat Ali Hajveri Rehmat Ullah Allehy , Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jelani Rehmat Ullah Allahy , Hazrat Baba Farid Ud Din Ganj E Shakar Rehmat Ullah Allehy , and many more…. All of them first learned the Ilm E Deem for so many years, and from so many teachers, and then on the basis of that Ilm E Deen, then, chose a Peer Sahib (Spiritual Leader ) for themselves. It is better to learn the Ilm Quran and Hadees , first, from various teachers and religious scholars. And then, (if required or wanted), on the basis of that ilm some one can find a spiritual leader (Peer Sabib) , for him or her. Always remember , our Peer Sahib , is also a human being, he can also commit a mistake and he can go wrong too… if such happens, then guide him with respect, so that he could rectify his mistake.

Question :: 34 :: Should we call our self as Muslim , or as Qadri , Chisti , Attari …. Etc ?

Answer ::: It is better, if we call our self as muslim only. Only for last about 70 – 80 years ago this new trend got flourished in our society, and people started using with their names, their association with their Peer Sahib (Spiritual Leader), and started using the word Qadri , Chisti , and now even Attari.

Proof from Holy Quran :: And strive for Allah with the striving due to Him. He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty. [It is] the religion of your father, Abraham. Allah named you "Muslims" before [in former scriptures] and in this [revelation] that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over the people. So establish prayer and give zakah and hold fast to Allah . He is your protector; and excellent is the protector, and excellent is the helper. Surah Hajj- 78

43

Proof from Holy Quran::: And be ye not as those who separated and disputed after the clear proofs had come unto them. For such there is an awful doom. Surah Al Imran - 105

Even this was not the way of our Great Ulema E Deen. Hazrat Ali Hajveri Rehmat Ullah Allehy used the word Hajveri with his name…, Hajvere was the name of his Place from where he belonged. He did not use the association of His Peer Sahib in his name. Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jelani Rehmat Ullah Allah , also did not use his Peer Sahib’s association in his name, he also used the word Jelani in his name, Jelan was the place from thare he belonged. Same is the case with ::: Hazrat Baba Farid Ud Din Ganj E Shakar Rahmat Ullah Allay , Hazrat Miran Hussain Zanjani Rehmat Ullah Alley, Hazrat Main Meer Lahori Rehmat Ullah Allehy and many more… Even Hazrat Ahmad Raza Brelvi Rehmat Ullah Allehy , did not use his Peer Sahib association with his name, as he belonged to Breli, so he is called as Hazrat Ahmad Raza Brelvi Rehmat Ullah Allehy.

Question :: 35:: Some ulema, say, that Our Holy Prophet ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam ), is Ummi , and according to them Ummi means “Unlettered / illiterate ”, is it really so ?

Answer ::: How sad, to know the people, who make the wrong interpretation of Quran O Hadees, and try to find out objectionable things in our Holy Prophet ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam ). The word 'ummi' has been used in the Quran in a number of verses. The following verse is one example: Those who follow the messenger, the 'ummi' Prophet whom they find written down in the Torah and the Injeel that is with them. 7:157 Some ulema say, that Ummi means, Unlettered / illiterate. Shame on such so called religious scholars, who try to call Holy Prophet ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam ) , as Unlettered / illiterate. Proof 1, from Holy Quran:: Read the Surah Rehman, first 2 Ayats. “The Most Merciful” , “Taught the Qur'an”, Now ask to those ulemas, to whom did, The Allah The Great, taught the Quran??.. Certainly Allah Talla , Taught The Holy Quran to Holy Prophet ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam ). How can The Holy Prophet Be Called as Unlettered / illiterate , who has been taught direcly by Allah Talla.

Page 44: History of this book · 2 History of this book By the grace of Allah, this book is in fact a continuation of my books written before in Urdu and English, "Talash E Haq" and "Nigh

44

Proof -2, from Holy Quran :: Now read the last part of Ayet 113 of Surah Nisa “And Allah has revealed to you the Book and wisdom and has taught you that which you did not know. And ever has the favor of Allah upon you been great. Here Allah Pak , is clearly saying, that Allah Talla , has taught Holy Prophet ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam ) , every thing that He ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam ) , did not know. The one’s , whose teacher is Allah Talla , him self, directly, some ulema call, as Unlettered / illiterate. How sad, that these people extract wrong meaning from Quran O Hadees, and try to put wrong and objectionable points for the Holy Prophets ( Sal Lal La Ho Alehy Wa Aalehy Wasalam ) Please avaid the company, of such people, so that your Emaan could not be put in danger.

Question :: 36:: Some people say, that it is Haraam to listen and share the audio/video, religious clips of normal muslim, who is not a “Authinticated Alim E Deen. Is is right?

Answer ::: No this is not right practice. There are some people, who blindly follow the religious scholars, without using their own brain. Ask such persons to prove his point from Quran O Hadees, directly. Our Proof from Hadees E Pak:: Shetan came to Hazrat Abu Hurairra Razi Allah Talla Anha, in shape of man, and told him the benefits of Ayet Ul Kursi. When Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , came to know this. The Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, said, although he was shetan, but he was right. Sahi Bukhari- 2311 As Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , himself has not stopped, even from listening and following the shetan, if he tells a good deed. Then how can some one say it is Haraam to listen and share the clips of a non Alim E Deen, muslim ? Always remember, Quran O Hadees , is always above the sayings of any Saint / Peer Sahib, or religious scholar. When ever you find the saying of any religious scholar, contradictary to the Quran O Hadees, then leave that saying and follow the Quran O Hadees. The religious scholars are also human beings and they can also make mistakes. The people who say, we should not use our brain, just follow the religious scholars or peer sahib. Ask from those persons, how did you, decide that a particular person is the right right religious scholar, to be followed blindly……, certainly, your brain told you to believe so. It’s mean your brain is the most critical deciding factor. Well, then use your brain, throughout your life, or has your brain stopped working after becoming a mureed ??

Question :: 37:: : It can be proved from the Hadeeth, that muslims of various sects like, Wahabi, Shia, Barelvi, Deobandi can offer namaz behind each other?

Answer: Perhaps some people, in order to prove their faith, first of all, are very fond of proving that the muslims of other sects are mushriks, arrogant and disobedient. If the Shiites, or the Barelwis, were doing shirk, then the Saudi government would never allow the Shiites and the Barelwis to come on Hajj and Umrah. Nor would they allow Shiites and brelvis to pray behind him. Because no Muslim will allow a mushrik, to pray behind him.

Unfortunately, many muslims keep on issuing fatawas against other muslims, which is really very bad, and such acts keep dividing the muslim Ummah.

Note: The prayers can be offered, behind the muslim of other sect too, in spite of differences. Praying behind a wrong person does not mean that we support his wrong doing. If one's belief reaches the level of disbelief, like, Qadiani (Kafir), then prayers cannot be offered behind such a person. But wahabi, shia, Barelvi, and Deobandi Muslims can pray behind each other.

Hadith No. 1: Narrated 'Ubaid-Ullah bin Adi bin Khiyar: I went to 'Uthman bin Affan while he was besieged, and said to him, "You are the chief of all Muslims in general and you see what has befallen you. We are led in the Salat (prayer) by a leader of Al-Fitan (trials and afflictions etc.) and we are afraid of being sinful in following him." 'Uthman said. "As-Salat (the prayers) is the best of all deeds so when the people do good deeds do the same with them and when they do bad deeds, avoid those bad deeds.

(Sahih Bukhari - No. Hadith - 695).

Principal has been set :: Hazrat Usman E Ghani Razi Allah Talla Anhu, even allowed to pray behind the leader of fitan, but did not not allow to follow him in the wrong deeds. So the principal has been set by the Ameer Ul Momemeen Hazrat Usman E Ghani Razi Allah Talla Anhu. So the muslims of various sects can offer namaz behind each other. Follow and help muslims of other sects in good deeds, but do not help or follow them in the wrong deeds.

Hadith No. 2: Hazrat Imam Hassan (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: “A believer can offer prayer (Namaz), behind a munafiq, there will be no deduction in the sawab of the believer. But if the munafiq offers namaz behind a believer, munafiq will get no sawab . (The author, Imam Ibn Abi Shaybah, No. 7562)

Note: Both the above Hadees E Pak, prove the muslims of different sects like, Barelvi, Wahhabi, Shia, and Deobandi Muslims can pray behind each other. But remember qadianis are not a muslim sect, qadiani are confirmed kafir, so they have to do nothing with muslims.

www.facebook.com/learnislamthelight Question 38: Many Muslim scholars keep issuing fatwas of Kufar, disbelief, irreligion, on Muslims, and do not even offer prayers behind the Muslims of other sects. Many Maulvis say that the insulting of the scholars is kufar and disbelief. Is that really true?

Answer: Today’s these fanatic religious scholars are busy in issuing the fatawas against other muslims. They are not united within themselves. Can we expect from these scholars that they will liberate Masjid E Al Aqsa, from jews. The belief that cursing the scholars makes a person a kaafir is completely disproved by Sahih Muslim's Hadith No. 6229.

Holy Hadith: During the reign of the Umayyads, a man from Al-Marwan was appointed ruler (governor) in Madinah. He used to say to the people, curse Hazrat Ali, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Sahih Muslim (Part) - 6229

If such wretched and evil people had been the governor of Madinah during the reign of Umayyads, and the people did not even issue a fatwa of disbelief against them, but the governor of Madinah used to deliver the Friday sermon and prayers in the Prophet's Mosque himself. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with calling the scholars bad.

If prayers can be offered behind such a miserable and ugly person, then why can't prayers be offered behind today's Deobandi or Wahhabi or Shia or Barelvi, Muslims ?

Hazrat Imam Abu Hanifa (may Allah have mercy on him) did not even issue a fatwa of disbelief on the Yazeed, he cursed Yazid, but did not call him kafir. Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan Barelvi (may Allah have mercy on him) also did not call Yazid a kaafir.

Holy Hadith: During the reign of the Umayyads, Hajjaj ibn Yusuf martyred the famous Companion of the Prophet, Hazrat Abdullah ibn Zubair Razi Allah Talla Anhu, and his Holy Body was hung up . Sahih Muslim (Part) - 6496

Hajjaj ibn Yusuf also used to lead the prayers himself. If prayers can be offered behind such an unfortunate and wicked person, then why can't prayers be offered behind today's Deobandis or Wahhabis or Shias or Barelvis, Muslims? (Remember qadianis are not a sect of Islam, like Shia, Deobandi, Wahabi and Brelvi. Qadianis are 100% kafir, so they have nothing to with muslims)

Note: But in spite of this great cruelty and arrogance, Hajjaj ibn Yusuf was not called a kaafir. So why are those who object to the scholars called infidels? If the fatwa of disbelief cannot be issued even on the insolence of the Companions Of Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, then why can a person be a disbeliever on the insolence of the scholars?

Do respect the religious scholars, but do not call any Muslim a kaafir on the basis of disagreement or disrespect towards religious scholars. At the most he may be a sinner, but a fatwa of disbelief should not be imposed on him. Perhaps many people are very fond of imposing fatwas of disbelief on Muslims, they have

made religion really difficult. Many people who are involved in blind imitation cannot convert infidels to Islam, but they keep calling Muslims infidels. Increase your knowledge and refrain from imposing fatwas on people.

Question 39: What is the difference between the ranks of scholars and other people? After all, the scholars of which sect should be respected?

Answer: Nowadays, a new fashion has been invented, that many, modern people, who are very much influenced and intimidated by Western education and society. And the English linguists and worldly sciences are overconfident, and consider themselves the star of knowledge. Those modern people, in the pride and deception of their worldly knowledge, criticize and insult the religious figures. And these so called liberals, make fun of the religious scholars and even humiliate them.

However, in reality, these so-called modern people, are suffering from a sense of inferiority, and in order to hide their sense of inferiority, they keep trying to prove their allegiance to the West.

Remember, the status of religious scholars is much higher than that of doctors, scientists, engineers, lawyers, the military and other ordinary human beings. You must also acquire knowledge of science, medicine and other worldly sciences, but Do not try in vain to give priority to worldly sciences over religious knowledge. There will come a time when Bill Gates' technology, Cambridge University research, Oxford University research will all be gone. At that time, only the light of knowledge of religion will work.

Hadith: Two men were mentioned before the Messenger of Allah (ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص). One of them a worshiper, and the other a scholar. So the Messenger of Allah (ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص) said: 'The superiority of the scholar over the worshiper is like my superiority over the least of you.' Then the Messenger of Allah (ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص) said: 'Indeed Allah, His Angels, the inhabitants of the heavens and the earths - even the ant in his hole, even the fish - say Salat upon the one who teaches the people to do good. Tirmidhi – 2685

When the fitna (temptation) of Gog and Magog will come, then Gog and Magog will not be eliminated by technology. Hazrat Essa Allehy Salaam, will request Allah Talla, to eliminate them, and as a result of his prayer, they will all die. Then the trucks of the corporation will not come to pick up their bodies, but again Jesus will pray, then Allah Almighty will send huge birds, which will take their bodies to an unknown place. When the Antichrist comes, then only Hazrat Essa Allehy Salaam, will help. (Sahih Muslim - Part 7373)

InshaAllah, all this will happen with the power of supplication to Allah Almighty. Not with the research of scientists. Religious Scholars are also part of this society. They are human too, and they make mistakes too, like other members of the society. But this does not mean that they should be humiliated. Scholars, whether Barelvi, Deobandi, Shia or Wahhabi, we should respect everyone, but do not blindly follow any religious scholar and Pir Sahib. The things you come to know, the scholars have, against the Qur'an and Hadith, do

not follow these things, but support them in the right things. Keep trying, and study the Qur'an and Hadith yourself with translation, so that you yourself will be able to distinguish between right and wrong.

Question 40: If there is a fixed time for death, then why do we need to take medicine? After all, what should be the Muslim's method of treatment and belief regarding the coronavirus and other diseases?

Answer: Allah Almighty has given human beings, power, authority and control in many things, but in some cases human beings are have zero control. Death is one of those things in which human beings have not been given any choice.

Remember, treatment, precautions and care does not increase the life of any one, but it improves the quality of the life.

Proof :: There are a lot of people in our community who smoke a lot and even than live over 70 years or so, and do not develop lungs cancer too. On the other hand, many young children die of cancer at an early age. So, it is proved that smoking does not cause premature death and cancer in childhood proves that death can come to anyone at any time. Smoking causes many diseases to human beings, but it can not kill some one, until his time to death has come.

As a muslim, we must try to protect our health, and go for the medical treatment too, if required, because both are the Sunnat Of Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص too. But if some one’s time to death has come, than no precaution or any treatment will save this person from the death.

What weapons do Muslims have against any kind of disease?

The first weapon. Prayer is the best weapon of the believer.

The Holy Hadith: The Messenger of Allah ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said : Our Lord who is blessed and exalted descends every night to the lowest heaven when the last one-third of the night remains, and says: Who supplicated Me so that I may answer him ? Who asks of Me so that I may give to him ? Who asks My forgiveness so that I may forgive him ?. (Abu Dawood- 1315)

Holy Hadith: Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) said :: Whenever Allah's Messenger became ill, he used to recite the Muawidhatan (i.e. Surah Falak and Surah Naas , the last two surahs of (ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص)the Qur'an) and blow his breath over himself (after their recitation ) and rubbed his hands over his body. So

when he was afflicted with his fatal illness. I started reciting the Muawidhatan and blowing my breath over him as he used to do and then I rubbed the hand of the Prophet (ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص) over his body. Sahih Bukhari - 4439

The second weapon. Black seeds - Klonji

Holy Hadith: Allah's Messenger (ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص) said, "There is healing in black cumin for all diseases except death."

(Take 5 or 7 grains once or twice a day.) (Sahih Bukhari, 5687,5688)

The third weapon. Precautionary measure and medical treatment can also be adopted. Fear is one of the best weapons of the devil. Therefore, carefully understand the difference between treatment, precautions and fear.

Question : 41:: Some ignorant and misguided people say that, it is proved from a Hadees, that the Father of Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , was not a believer, is it really so ?

Answer :: It is certain through hadiths that the Parents and all of the grandfathers of our Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص are clean believers. Parents of Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , and all of the grandparents of our Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص are believers and cleanest personalites ever.

Proof From Hadees E Pak :: Allah's Apostle said, I have been sent (as an Apostle) in the best of all the generations of Adam's offspring since their Creation. (Sahi Bukhari – 3557)

Proof from Hadees E Pak "I descend from the best people. My ancestors are the best people." [Tirmidhi-3607 and 3608]

The above hadiths indicate that the Parents and all of the grandparents of our Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , are clean believers. Since unbelievers are dirty, it is impossible for the parents and the grandparents of Holy Prophet .to become an unbeliever, ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص

Some ignorant people give the reference of a Hadees:: Verily, a person said: Messenger of Allah, where is my father? He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said: (He) is in the Fire. When he turned away, he (the Holy Prophet) called him and said:

Page 50: History of this book · 2 History of this book By the grace of Allah, this book is in fact a continuation of my books written before in Urdu and English, "Talash E Haq" and "Nigh

50

Verily my father and your father are in the Fire. (Muslim- 408, 203, 398). (And from this they prove their wrong argument.)

Remember, in this Hadees E Pak , the Holy Prophet has used the word “Abi” in Arabic,. But this word “Abi” is not only used for father only , in Arabic the word “Abi” is also used for uncle, too

Proof , From Quran E Pak ::: However, 'Abi' has different meanings and does not necessarily mean 'Walid' (biological father). The plural of "Abi" is "Abaika", which is used in the same Holy Quran E Pak , for the uncle and Grand father too. (In the last Rakooh, of the first Sipara) Since Hazrat Ismail Allehy Salaam , was not the father of Hazrat Yaqoob ( Jacob ) Allehy Salaam , and yet Quran uses the word 'Ab' for him as uncle, then the usage of this word for other than biological father is established... May Almighty Allah The Great, save us from such people, who create doubts even about the Emaan of the Holy Parents of Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص.

Question 42: Is it Must to offer Sunnat and Nafl in the 5 Farz Namaz? Many scholars say that one who does not follow the Sunnat Muqadah is a sinner. Is it really so? How Taraveeh is actually a Nafli namaz ?

Answer: In the time of the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , and his Companions (May Allah be please with them), only the words of Farz and Nawafil were only used for Namaz (prayers.). In Bukhari Sharif, Muslim Sharif, and other authentic books of Hadith, Sahih Sittah, you will not find the words of Sunnah Muqadah and Sunnah Ghair Muqadah even in a single place. Later scholars invented two new words, the Sunnah of Muqadah and the Sunnah of non-Muqaddah. The Nawafil prayers performed by the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص on a very regular basis were given the name of Sunnat Moqadah by the later scholars. For example, two sunnat of Fajr, two sunnat of Maghrib. Later scholars, invented the words of Sunnah Muqadah and Ghair Muqadah for the convenience of the people. There is no harm in this too.

If a person performs only the Farz in 5 prayers, his prayers are still performed. And he will also be saved from the great sin of not offering the namaz, but if he offers sunnat and nawafil in the namaz too, then insha'Allah, he will get a greater reward. Ask those who say that one who does not follow the Sunnah Muqadah is a sinner, to prove from the Qur'an and Hadith that one who does not perform the Sunnah

Page 51: History of this book · 2 History of this book By the grace of Allah, this book is in fact a continuation of my books written before in Urdu and English, "Talash E Haq" and "Nigh

51

Muqadah is a sinner. And also tell me, what is the punishment for this sin? When you ask this question, then they will have no answer.

Proof Holy Hadith: A Bedouin came to the Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص and said, Tell me of such a deed as will make me enter Paradise, if I do it. The Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص said, Worship Allah, and worship none along with Him, offer the (five) prescribed compulsory prayers perfectly (Farz Namaz Only), pay the compulsory Zakat, and fast the month of Ramadan. The Bedouin said, By Him, in Whose Hands my life is, I will not do more than this. When he (the Bedouin) left, the Prophet said, Whoever likes to see a man of Paradise, then he may look at this man.

Sahih Al-Bukhari - 1397

Remember, Principal Established :: We must try to offer the sunnat and nawafil too, as to get more sawab, and to make our Allah more happy. But if some one only offers Faraiz, and does not offer offer Sunnat or nawafil, we should not criticize him.

How Taraveeh is actually a Nafli Namaz ::The Nawafil prayers performed by the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص on a very regular basis were given the name of Sunnat Moqadah by the later scholars. In Bukhari Sharif, Muslim Sharif, and other authentic books of Hadith, Sahih Sittah, you will not find the words of Sunnah Muqadah and Sunnah Ghair Muqadah even in a single place. Later scholars, invented the words of Sunnah Muqadah and Ghair Muqadah for the convenience of the people.

Here are some examples of Sunnat Moqidah: 1- Offering Taraaweeh alone. (Because the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص always offered Taraaweeh prayers alone (Only for 3 days He ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , performed it with Jamaat). Even, during the caliphate of Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) ,Taraweeh prayers were performed alone.

2. Two sunnahs of Fajr prayers.

3. To do miswak before every prayer, because the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , used to use miswak before every prayer.

4. Beard on the face of a man.

5. To Fast on every Monday, because the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , used to fast on Mondays.

Question 43:: Can we also become Wali Allah (Friend of Allah)?

Answer: Whether some one is Wali Allah (friend of Allah) or not? This is not our problem at all, but we should try our best to get this position by the grace of Allah Almighty. May Almighty Allah The Great , add us to His list of friends, and this should be the most important objective of our life.

This desire, to become a Wali Allah (Friend Of Allah) is not a sin, rather this desire should be the purpose of our life. People who you believe to be Wali Allah, you should try to follow them and take guidance from them, but never follow them blindly too. As, the main source of guidance is the Qur'an and Hadith. Whoever says something that contradicts the Qur'an and Hadith, leave that matter and follow the Qur'an and Hadith.

There are some clear indications from the Qur'an and Hadith that help to find the way to become a Wali Allah (friend of Allah), such as loving and worshiping Allah Almighty, strictly abiding by the duties. Trying to follow the words of the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص , and to truly love the Holy Prophet ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص, to live with hard work and faith, to strive for lawful sustenance Trying to stay away from sinful deeds, and trying to fulfill the rights of all well, etc., etc. If you start walking on such a path, God willing, God Almighty will include you among His friends.

It is not necessary for every human being to reach the status of Hazrat Syed Ali Hajwary (RA), Hazrat Syed Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jailani (RA), and Hazrat Syed Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti (RA). But one should desire to be a friend of Allah Almighty, and one should also make a practical effort for this. And he should make it his purpose in life. And to get to that destination, at least make a goal first and then take the first step on that path and start looking for a destination. In Sha Allah, The Lord will help and guide you.
