● By the 16th century they were commonly used as tracing devices.
● Developed further into photographic camera.
Daguerreotype● Louis Daguerre creates first
practical photographic process 1833.
● Photography is now available to the public worldwide.
● By 1860 it is surpassed by less expensive and faster processors.
● Exposure time was about 3 minutes long.
● Neck braces
were used to help people sit still.
