Dubai is known for cheap gold. The Dubai Gold Souk is easily recognizable from its entrance. Two enormous wooden gates welcome visitors to endless dazzling windows of gold. There are more than 300 jewelers situated in the strip and in the afternoon and early evening the streets are alive and bustling with people.
