The Junior Mentors are a select group of young ladies chosen on the basis of their scholastic attainment, moral character, personality and leadership ability. These young ladies serve as guides and helpers to the incoming freshman female students. Through this group's efforts, the dormitory freshman female students are very soon made to feel welcome and at home.
