• Computer science is the only field in science, engineering and mathematics in which the number of women receiving bachelors degrees has decreased since 2002

• Observations and knowledge about what makes computer and system users ambivalent about using them. Novice users would rather avoid them and defaults to "what works for them" instead

Expertise working as an IT Consultant. Detail-oriented and risk-taker. Believe that action speak louder than words.

• Weaknesses: Underestimate my talents and abilities

• Mindset: Listening to TED talk shows for inspiration, keeping my skills current with marketplace demands
