The production of the Condeep platforms started in Jåttåvågen in 1973 and is for many the epitome of oil operations in the North Sea.

Today, The Leaning Tower still stands as a symbol of an era. A 60 metre high reminder of innovation and dedication. It was built to test techniques within concrete laying, and proved that it would be possible to make the grand Condeep Troll. With a height of 472 metres, Troll was one of the tallest structures in the world when it was

built in 1995. It is still the biggest man made construction that has been moved on the face of the earth.

This was the last Condeep built in Jåttåvågen. In 1998, the Stavanger municipality decided that the area should become a new urban district, with houses, industry and services, starting a new story for Jåttåvågen and Hinna Park.

For decades, new thoughts and amitious plans have filled the air in Hinna Park. With new

businesses present, the story continues.

The Energy Quarter is located within proximity to the canal, park and traffic flow, and is easily accessible by bus, car, bike or train. As the name states, energy is a central part of our vision with this development. Our goal is to create spaces with good energy; vibrant buildings that allow for creative, innovative and satisfied employees. Places where people can meet in formal and informal conversations, and also more quiet zones for concentration and specialization.

The exterior design and the interior layout will be developed in collaboration with our clients, and shall support and enhance their desired identity and reputation.

Project under development. It is named after the gigantic Norwegian gas fi eld, but its characteristic long and narrow shape also looks somewhat like a snake in its green surroundings. Building starts by contract or estimated 2013/2014.

Exterior and interiors may be designed and adjusted in ways that support your company’s vision, work methods and business model.

Interiors may well include different zones for a modern work environment; active entrance area, informal meeting zones, transport zones, work zones and a buffer zone with light and airy workspaces.

Huset er vist som et lyst hus i illustrasjonene, men vi ser for oss at et endelig valg om fargeskala må sees i helhet med de andre husene på området på det tidspunktet et detaljprosjekt starter opp. Huset er tenkt i et materiale som kan monteres som plater på huset. Det skal ha slektskap med de andre husene i Jåttåvågen. Materialpaletten viser derfor flere mulige materialer i lyse/mørke varianter: Stenplater, fibersementplater eller aluminium. Synlige betongkonstruksjoner tenkes i en betong med et tilslag som er avstemt mot den endelige materialpaletten. i de nederste etasjene hvor man ønsker å oppnå et lett og gjennomsiktig utrykk vil et komposittmateriale som klarer kravet om u- verdi være en mulighet der man ønsker tettere felter i glasset. Tre som materiale i detaljer ute og inne, kan være gjenbrukstre eller et kortreist tre som ask.
