Thickness 60 og 62 mm.
Dimensions Made to measure, but max. W 1100 x H 2200 mm for 1-leaf fire doors and max. W 2200 x H 2200 mm for 2-leaf doors.
Insulation Non-organic material with excellent insulation properties.
Door leaf Plastisol-coated, galvanized steel or stainless steel in polished, circle polished or rigidised finish. Easy to clean and food safe, meets the strictest hygiene standards.
Frame 1,0 mm (60 mm door thickness) and 1,5 mm (62 mm door thickness) with stainless installation holes and matching plastic caps. The frame is insulated with non-organic insulation material.
Gaskets Made of silicone rubber, compliant with
fire safety as well as foodsafe regu-lations. The sealing gaskets can be replaced without tools.
HingesStainless steel with bronze bushes.
Handles Handle and plate in stainless steel with bronze bearings. Lock box with stainless steel face plate prepared for cylinder. Delivered as standard with plain plate or key plate for cylinder lock.
Door closer Sturdy door closer adapted to the individual door. Two door closers and synchronization fittings on 2-leaf doors.
Intumescent Strip Expanding fire paste list – 62 mm.
2-leaf doors Comes with galvanized espagnolette device on stationary leaf. Available with synchronization fittings for closing sta-tionary door first, and extra door closer for going door leaf.
Additional equipment Threshold made in stainless steel, drip cap for outside doors, cylinder lock and kick plates of height 300 or 800 mm.
DAN-doors hinged fire doors are certified according to DS 1052. Referring to this DAN-doors fire sliding doors can resist 60 minutes fire test. The door comes standard with a sealing gasket for chill function and an intumescent strip that expands and seals the door in case of fire. For industry applications the BS60 door is without sealing gasket. DAN-doors hinged fire doors can be delivered in various surfaces and as 1- or 2-leaf doors.
