Skyview Ballroom The Skyview ballroom accommodates: Ceremonies & Sit-down Dining for up to 240 attendees, Reception-only style events up to 400 attendees. Featuring spectacular sloped 3-story glass windows with stunning latticework, the Skyview Ballroom is a truly romantic location for your event! Located on the second floor of the hotel, the 4,600 sq. ft. room has an adjacent foyer and is easily accessible from the hotel’s main lobby or first floor entrance.

Grand Ballroom The Grand Ballroom accommodates: Ceremonies & Sit-down Dining for up to 600 attendees, Reception-only style events up to 1,500 attendees. As one of the largest ballrooms in Bellevue, the Grand Ballroom features sleek & modern chandeliers and is a magnificent location for your event! Located on the first floor of the hotel, the 9,650 sq. ft. room has an expansive foyer and is easily accessible from the hotel’s 1st floor entrance or main lobby floor. The ballroom can be divided into sections to accommodate your creativity and needs.

Basil’s Bistro private dining gathering spaces Private dining spaces accommodate: Ceremonies & Sit-down Dining for up to 80 attendees, Reception-only style events up to 100 attendees. Three versatile gathering spaces for intimate events, each with unique features, with the main private dining room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows offering a picturesque view of our greenbelt garden and fountain.
