Detailed tour Program Day 1: Hanoi On arrive Noi Bai airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel in the heart of Hanoi city. Relax to recover your energy at the hotel or take a walk and explore the city streets. There is a tour to visit the chaotic streets of the Old Quarter then to have a welcome dinner at one of Hanoi restaurant at Hoan Kiem Lake. Day 2: Hanoi Start your Hanoi with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Complex with Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace where you see and hear about the Vietnam nation father Ho Chi Minh so called Uncle Ho, then to the Imperial Citadel then Temple of Literature Vietnam first university. Day 5: Sapa - Hanoi Breakfast in the hotel we then start a lovely trek that will take us along buffalo paths and trails and through several hills tribe villages Lao Chai & Ta Van, home to Black H'mong, and

Dzay people. This is an absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest people you can meet. Once on the valley floor you can really appreciate the wonderful scenery that surrounds you. The walls of the valley are covered with multi-layered rice terraced fields and scattered around villages. Return to Sapa and drive to Lao Cai railway station for the night train back Hanoi. Day 6: Hanoi Halong bay Early of this morning you be picked to hotel for refreshing and breakfast, boarding our cruise bus to Halong bay That is about four hours from Hanoi. Along the way make a quick stop at the Sao Dao shop Centre which is an amazing centre for the disabled, where all types of art and handicrafts are made. On arrival in Halong, board a tender boat to our junk boat. Welcome drink and lunch on board while the junk cruise out into the bay. Stopping to visit a cave before swimming around Tiptop beach and do kayaking or just relax on the deck and admire the view. The Junk crew will host dinner on junk restaurant before retiring to your cabin for the night. Note: The night activities can just be lying on sundeck chair sipping your wine or do some night fishing Day 7: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Hue Early wake up to the beauty of the bay and do tai chi or swim and to explore by kayak with junk crew team before breakfast. The junk will slowly cruise around the bay before stop at harbour where you say good bye the crew team, meet up your guide, have lunch and drive back to Noi Bai airport for your onward flight to Hue. Fly to Ho Chi Minh City and pick up and visit Cu Chi underground tunnels before check in hotel. In the afternoon visit the War Remnants Museum and the city landmarks from the days of French colonial locations such as the Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral before joining the Saigon River cruise dinner. Day 12: Mekong Delta – Can Tho Leave the Saigon city behind you travel about two hours to Cai Be floating market where is a gateway to the Mekong Delta. Take a small boat and travel along the winding and narrow waterways to see Mekong delta people's life on the water. Stop off local island and islet where you will see small home-based workshops that produce coconut oil, matting, coco candy and wine. We have lunch at an old French colonial house that is about 150 years old. In the afternoon you get on boat to Vinh Long city where your driver takes you to Can Tho. Note: if you want to visit Cambodia, we can proceed from here to Chau Doc then speed boat to Phnom Penh (the best option for Cambodia Extension trip). See extended trip here. Day 13: Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh city In the morning you take small boat and cruise to the Cai Rang floating market. It is the busiest floating market in the Mekong delta. You will watch and see the daily activities of local people, even you can take some local fruits and drink coffee right from boat vendors. We continue to further small canal visit people farm where you have lunch with in local house. After lunch driver back Ho Chi Minh en-route visit China town before check in your hotel Day 14: Ho Chi Minh City Time is free for your coffee sipping or a visit to central market, relax before transfer to Tan San Nhat Airport for your flight home.
