Teachers Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm excitement joy and gaiety at Delhi

Public School Kolar on 4th of September A Special assembly was held in which students

paid homage to Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan a philosopher and a great teacher Students

showed gratitude towards their teachers through poems and speeches

To mark this day an Inter House Instrumental Music Competition was organized The

fact that most of the songs were from the

days when the teachers themselves were

students made the performance all the more

enjoyable

This Competition was judged by two

eminent judges from the music field Mr

Pradeep Sarkar and Mr Rajesh Kumar

Malviya To honour all the teachers who

had been instrumental in shaping their lives

the students of Classes XI and XII put up a

spectacular show for the occasion

The programme consisted of foot tapping dances songs and fun-filled interactions with

teachers Dances performed were simply amazing and mesmerized everyone

The Principal Mrs Vandana Dhupar felicitated teachers on this occasion and appreciated

the sincerest effort of the teachers in playing the catalytic role in the holistic development
