“LAST CALL FOR SUMMER”

MAIN SQUARE PARK

DOWNTOWN HIGHLAND

Saturday August 11, 2018

Time- 1:00 pm- 6:00 pm

Dear Business Owner and Contributor,

This letter is to introduce the Highland Redevelopment Commission’s Main Street Committee as this year’s

organizers of the first “Last Call For Summer”.

The Highland Main Street Committee is dedicated to bringing new and exciting events to our town to help promote

local businesses as well as to introduce more people to the things the Town of Highland has to offer. This is a

brand-new event, aimed at bringing residents and visitors to our town for a fun-filled afternoon, as summer begins

to wind down. The event will feature live music, food from Highland restaurants and a beer garden, featuring NW

Indiana craft beer.

We organize several events throughout the year. We are looking for sponsors to help offset the costs for this event.

The event will be submitted to local media and on posters/flyers that will be distributed to key area businesses.

Your sponsorship dollars will go towards:

1. Advertisement which will include your business name and logo.

2. Police patrols

3. Musical entertainment

4. Equipment, setup and cleanup and insurance costs.

As you may be aware, this type of event requires the support of many people, business owners and organizations to

be successful. We are seeking your support by asking you to be a monetary sponsor to help make this grow and

become an ongoing event in our community. Sponsorship levels and benefits are outlined on the next page. Thank

you for your consideration and your support!
