Enrollment forms for 2014 are available on the website: http://highland.osu.edu/topics/4-h-youth-
development/forms.
April 1 is the Highland Country 4-H Enrollment deadline. Organizational Advisors are to submit forms to the
Extension Office on or before Thursday, April 10, 2014. (Forms will only be accepted from advisors of clubs in
good standing.)
Candy Sale Orders are also due Thursday, April 10, 2014.

Club Annual Paperwork
4-H Club Annual report, 990-N, Constitution, Bylaws and Club Meeting Schedules are due to the Extension Office on or before May 15, 2014.
If you are having difficulties with your club’s 990-N please contact the office for
assistance or stop by and we will assist you.
100 year of Extension Celebration – April 5, 2014 Celebrate 100 years of Extension with us on Saturday, April 5, 2014 starting at 6:00 p.m. Come support Highland County 4-H and OSU Extension, Highland County. Dinner will be $10 for adults and $7 ages 4-7. There will be a silent and live auction. Please let the office know what your club will be donating for the auctions.
4-H Camp Open House
Experience camp for yourself! May 18, 2014 from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. at
Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp; 1362 Cave’s Rd; Jackson,
Ohio. Join us at this free event for food &
outdoor activities!

Member Office Advisor Training All clubs must have at least one advisor attend MOA Training on Monday, April 14, 2014 to remain a club in good standing. MOA will be at Hillsboro High School again this year.

4-H Club T-Shirts Designs All clubs must submit new t-shirt designs to the Extension office for approval prior to ordering or printing.
4-H Round Up Plan on joining the Highland County Junior Leadership club by participating in the 4-H Round-Up on March 20, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Wharton Building. Let the Extension office know by March 13 if your club will be participating.

Fundraiser Request Form Clubs must participate in the 4-H Candy Sale in order to have another club fundraiser. Clubs must submit the Fundraiser Request Form and submit it for approval to me before holding a fundraiser.
