HISTORY & VALUESMCI TECHNOLOGIES

Eric Faubry, CEO

MCI Technologie, located at the Saint-Brieuc Armor Technopôle (Côtes d’Armor region), has acquired since 1988 substantial experience in the field of high-temperature insulation products for the domestic appliance, automotive, steel and railway industries.

MCI Technologies devotes 6% of its turnover to R&D, thus enabling it to offer its clients innovative products with excellent heat insulation qualities. Those products all undergo rigorous quality control, in terms of both the raw materials used and their transformation (gluing, specialised cutting, customisation).

Specialised in small to mid-size, MCI Technologies offers quick response to customers and logistics suited to every need..

MCI Technologies maintains a daily commitment to its various partners to provide them with efficient and durable means of insulation. Attentive to its clients’ concerns, MCI Technologies makes a priority of offering them ever greater top-level quality.

”High-temperature heat innovations” is a product line that naturally upholds MCI Technologies’ values and its commitments to its customers.

“We are fully committed to offering our industrial partners consulting and advisory services with high added value. On a daily level, our sales teams and technicians monitor our markets and follow up with our customers to ensure they receive full benefit of our expertise.”

Tool design

On fibrous insulation products, we can apply our MB1 coating to lock in volatile fibres and prevent contamination of the surrounding space. Thus coating also increases the mechanical strength of the insulation.

On liners and panels, we can add one or two aluminium side liners to increase the reflective power of the insulation. This lamination, when applied to our liners, locks in the fibres and adds a smooth finish.

DESCRIPTION

Resumes its heat resistance and physical properties after drying

Excellent chemical stability

Resistant to corrosive agents, except hydrofluoric acids and phosphoric acids

MCI braided gaskets come in round, square or rectangular cross-sections. They have high density, high resistance and low compressibility, and thus especially recommended for heavy-duty applications. A graphite finish can increase their lubricating capacity.
