Todays guests are travelling around having their laptops (85%), smartphones (70%), tablet PCs, MP3 players and their mobiles (each 40%) with them.
Guests would like to lend a tablet PC (40%), a Laptop (30%), a smartphone (20%) or no device at all (35%) from the hotel.
One in three guests under the age of 30 would share information about their hotel stay over the internet via social media and would like to receive situation specific information from the hotel via his smartphone. One in five of all would share his geographical location.
