Mechstar® D.S Horizontal Mill is simple design for maintenance such astwo-separated vessel, easily open of cover, easily adjustment device ofmotor belt, safe-treatment device in mechanical seal trouble, etc. Also thismill is fabricated special hardened-steel of vessel, disc, shaft cover,separation rotor, etc. with hardened Cr alloy steel, SUS 420J2. This D.SHorizontal Mill is fully-developed horizontal bead mill that could beavailable to produce mass-scale production with special design of actingvessel.

Mechstar® Mystery Mill is the newest bead mill for ultra-finedispersing/NANO-size grinding. Mystery Mill have a compact-sizedvessel/disk design and grinding ability is much larger than theconventional bead mill. Because acting volume is small but motorpower is bigger in narrow difference of circumferential speed, and thenefficient energy power is put to the overall acting dispersing zonehomogenously. a dynamic process Mechstar® Vacuum De-aerator offers a highly efficient,
cost-effective solution. This can be tailored to individual requirements,
contributing both to quality assurance and process optimization.
Deaerated products having a smooth, glossy, foam-free surface are
chemically more stable and have a longer shelf life. And the benefits
reach far beyond product quality: deaerated products are more dense

Ultra-Super-Micro-Fine Jet Mill / Powerful Jet Energy Pulverizer
Mechstar® Jet Mill is a new ultra-fine milling machine, which pulverizing any kinds of substances by using energy,
durability of main machine and its parts against abrasion is incomparably excellent with those of conventional Jet Mill,
even able to pulverizing the hardest substance, whose hardness reaches to 9.5 MOHS, into ultra-fineness.
Mechstar® Jet Mill is capable of fine grinding all kinds of dry products with virtually no contamination. An integrated
dynamic air classifier in the housing can be infinitely adjusted to the desired fineness. This guarantees exact adjustment of
the grinding parameters and reproducible product quality. This Jet Mill is for the ultra-fine grinding of soft to hard materials
in a fluid bed.

Colloid Mill (Stone Mill)
Mechstar® Colloid Mill brings to bear a tremendous amount of energy on a small portion of
material in the form of a thin film. This Colloid Mill will reduce particles to their ultimate
crystal size by breaking up the agglomerates into which they form. As the particles of the
dispersed phase of the emulsion get smaller, it requires progressively more energy to
overcome the surface tension holding them together. Enormous shear stress is needed to
do the job and a Colloid Mill is the ideal device to apply this force.

§ Clearance between the rotor and stator can be adjusted and locked in second with no tools needed. Even, while the mill isoperating.

Mechstar® Planetary Mixer is an invaluable multi-purpose mixer for mixing and kneading of solid pigment and liquid materials in
high viscosity. The rotation of two blades and one orbital motion can make the mixture a highly kneading effect with close interval
of rotations and detailed clearance between blades and tank. Also, Planetary Mixer is possible mixing the various lines from low
to high viscosity.

Mechstar® Double Ribbon Blender is a horizontal mixer/blender For a wide variety of dry, liquid, or slurried products, These versatile
mixers are efficient and economical, Designs are available for both the chemical industry and also the sanitary requirements of the
Food and Pharmaceutical industries Fast efficient Blending and rapid product discharge.
The Double Ribbon mixing elements and "U" shaped mixing trough combine to provide an efficient mixing system utilizing the outer
ribbon to move material toward the discharge and the inner ribbon to move material in the opposite direction, The dual motion of the
product back and forth, combined with rotation, provides fast and efficient mixing and blending.
The ribbons are welded to support arms on a single rotating shaft which is supported by dust-proof tapered roller bearing external to
the mix trough.

Fluidized Bed Dryer - Ultra High Efficiency Granule Dryer
Mechstar® Fluidized bed dryer is the ideal process equipment for Granule drying, Tempering and cooling of extremely problematic
products, i.e. granule, crystalline, powdery and fibrous substance. Also this Fluidized bed dryer is the only excellent dryer unit with
a fluid dynamically produced more ideal fluidized bed, which means significantly improved energy efficiency and increased product
quality. The final dry product discharges by overflow and underflow way automatically through outlet chute, and it can produce high
efficiency product due to optimum heating and cooling capabilities.

■ Drying / Cooling: These are the most frequent applications of fluid beds. Different
process systems are applied depending upon product, volatiles, operational safety and
environmental requirements. Featuring atmospheric air in a once through system where
water is to be removed. Normally a push-pull system is used to balance the fluid bed.
Depending upon the product and available heat source, direct or indirect heating may be
applied. The exhaust air is cleaned by e.g. bag filter, cyclone with or without wet scrubber.
■ Technical Data Subject to change without notice. Fluid bed by spraying a liquid into the
fluidized layer particles. Particulate solids ideal for fluid bed processing may be formed in
an independent process step such as granulation crystallization, coagulation, or
polymerization, followed by mechanical dewatering. Particles and Granules may also be
formed by spray drying and granulator. In other cases dry or wet solid particles may have
to undergo a degree of agglomeration or granulation prior to entering the fluid bed.
■ Rewet agglomeration and granulation system in the rewet agglomeration, granulation
system, fine power is conveyed to an agglomeration chamber where the power is
dispersed in air and contacted with a spray of liquid. Most, porous agglomerates are
formed and subsequently dried under lenient fluidization conditions in a Vibro-Fluidizer.
After cooling, the power is discharged, classified, and fines recycled for further
agglomeration together with fines from the exhaust air dust collector. Rewet
agglomeration systems are typically used for food products like coffee, cocoa-sugar,
where instant properties and coarse particles are required.
