• Essential- stress, visceral obesity, potassium deficiency (hypokalemia), salt (sodium) sensitivity,alcohol intake,vitamin D deficiency aging and genetic mutations.
• Secondary-kidney disease, obesity/metabolic disorder
Why must we?
• It is especially dangerous because it often has no warning signs or symptoms
• Regardless of race, age, or gender, anyone can develop high blood pressure
