FUN BASED LEARNINGSNOWSPORTS SCHOOLLearning to Ski and Snowboard is more than just learning a new, exhilarating winter sport; it is an entrance into a welcoming community of like-minded outdoor enthusiasts that play hard and have fun doing so. Hidden Valley makes it easy and fun to learn to ski and snowboard and our experienced instructors are waiting to meet you. Our Fun-Based Learning program will have you on the snow in no time! Inside the learning area, newcomers will be introduced to the sensation of skiing and snowboarding right away, with a focus on “going” rather than “stopping.” This program is perfect for both adults and children who have never tried skiing or snowboarding...and it’s FUN!

GROUP LESSONSGroup lessons are a fun way for skiers and snowboarders ages 8 and older whether you are new to the sport or ready to improve your skills. All group lessons are 60-90 minutes.

PRIVATE LESSONSPrivate ski or snowboard lessons in our Fun-Based Learning Program are all about YOU! Hidden Valley’s effective one-on-one coaching program and analysis of your technique will help you get the most out of your snowsports experience. Private lessons are available for skiers, ages one and up, and snowboarders, ages three and up, for any ability level. One and two hour lesson packages are available.

RIPPERS ADVENTURE CLUBThe ultimate choice for kids and tweens is Rippers Adventure Club at Hidden Valley! Beginner to advance lessons are available for children ages 3 to 12 and each session will focus on skill development with some of the best coaches on the mountain. Lessons group kids of similar age and/or ability to maximize success and provide the appropriate lesson environment on the mountain. Coaches encourage improvement while nurturing confidence during the lesson.Rippers Adventure Camp offers five full day sessions of our Rippers Adventure Club at Hidden Valley valid any day during the winter season! We encourage participants to have a season pass and their own equipment or take part in our seasonal lease program. The Rippers Adventure Camp does not include lift tickets or rental equipment.Rippers Race Prep & Development Team is beginner program for children aspiring to join the Hidden Valley Race Club or develop all mountain ski skills. Children age five and older are encouraged to take part in this eight week program.
