Traditionally when people start manifesting…create mantras etc… I see them starting from a place of lack: “I don’t have enough money, therefore I need a mantra, so I can change my programming, so I can get money.” So if we look at the formula it’s starting from lack.

Instead, here’s what we want to do:

Step #1 We wanna start from a place of great outcomes and investments in our life already. We wanna start from a place of wealth and abundance of where you’ve already made outstanding investments and had great outcomes.

And you wanna be building your manifestation blueprint from this place.

Which is why knowing your investments is key. Because, in order for you to have already made those investments, you’ve already had to have a great wealth mindset around that, otherwise you wouldn’t have invested in that area, right?! Think about it; the areas where you are in fact believing in yourself by investing in yourself are you strongest areas where you ALREADY have great beliefs about yourself i.e. highest manifestational energy. When you start from this place you’re now coming from a place of wealth and abundance instead of fear and lack.

So we wanna move away from focusing on the scarcity as a starting place and shift to starting from a place of excitedness, gratefulness, and already noticing the abundance and the wholeness and fullness in your life, and in YOU.

And declaring that you’re entitled for more. That you’re open for more. And that you’re going to create more.

So step one is to come from place of success and abundance that you already have, not from a place of lack.

Step #2 Is coming to a place of absolute gratitude.

So getting really connected to everything that you’re absolutely grateful for, all the things that make you feel abundant and wealthy right now…before we go and ask for more.

Wealth creation comes from an emotional place, not a knowing state. The more we fire the gratitude emotion up, the stronger those neural pathways get and the faster this will be crated to its fullest expression in our life.

They’ve proven scientifically that when you bring strong emotion to your thoughts, the way our brain lights up is like saying 100 mantras intellectually for 100 days. So what you’re wanting to manifest needs to come from deep within your heart and be fuelled by gratitude i/o expectations and demands. SO - I spend A LOT of time acknowledging what I am already are grateful for every day.

This is by the way why mantras that people borrow from someone else don’t work, because they are not your thoughts and words. You have no emotional neural pathway to them because they didn’t come from inside you. So you can’t skip this work and just take someone else’s beliefs or mantras and use them – it won’t work.

Which means that you need to spend time every day doing this work – feeling your gratitude, visualizing what you want to create/manifest, write about it, speak about it….however you fire up these neural pathways and connect with the Universe and higher power.

So recap; you are manifesting from a place of #1 abundance and #2 gratitude energetically….and from this place start to see and feel and hear exactly what it is that you want to create next - see and feel your end outcome vividly knowing that YOU made this happen.

Step #3 Tap into your manifesting blueprint i/e allow your manifesting beliefs or a mantra to birth from this place

So ask yourself - if there was a mantra or a set of beliefs as this person who’s already created this outcome, as this person who has already made this happen, what would that belief or beliefs be?

“My dreams and desires already exist and I’m now claiming all of them.”

So see what beliefs arise for you from this place of seeing in your minds eye and knowing with absolute faith what you’re going to create.

+ ACTIONS! To bring your desires into real tangible outcomes you need to follow the powerful faith and knowing energy with the right action, which, as you can see, will come naturally when you’re fuelled by the right thoughts and emotions. So write those actions down. Keep writing them down daily as you journal (on simply bullet point if you don’t enjoy writing) the actions that are required daily this place.

Step #4 “Sit” with what you want to manifest daily

So spend time with what you want to create and your new beliefs around that DAILY.

The reason why manifestation and mantras created this way work, is because it gives you absolute certainty. When we have absolute certainty we move with flow because we know its going to happen.

For example: If you need a tomato while your cooking, would you need to do all this psychology work beforehand or would you just jump into the car and go and buy the tomato? “you’d go an buy the tomato” You don’t need to psyche yourself up and manifest that tomato in the supermarket.

When we create something bigger than the tomato. We need to first create this certainty within ourselves. And that creates this shift in our psychology and physiology AND then from this place your actions will get you what you want. T

So that’s your 4 steps:

#1 Abundance i/o lack

#2 Gratitude i/o demands and expectations

#3 Tap into your Manifesting beliefs and thoughts and actions

#4 Do this DAILY
