CONTRIBUTOR

• A person who delivers his knowledge towards society, brings a positive change and brings awareness about their duties of being a good citizen is called a contributor.

STATIC & DYNAMIC PERSONALITY

• A static person is someone who undergoes little or no inner change and does not grow or develop.

• While a dynamic person is one who undergoes an important inner change, as a change in personality or attitude.

• From the way he introduced himself, he proved to be a dynamic personality as he was keen enough on not what he has achieved but on his future endevours.

CONTRIBUTOR'S IDENTITY

• My uncle's name is AMIT VAVADIYA.• He is a builder, a teacher of art of living and an owner of kidzee playgroup.• Experience: 15 years• This shows, that a person can perform multitask at a time.

ENGAGED DEEPLY TOWARDS WORK

• He takes his work as a vision and as a new establishment.

• He says that to become a successful employee, a person should have qualities like positve attitude, hard work, comittment, sensible, taking work as a worship and being confident.

EMBARKING ON JOURNEY TO CONTRIBUTORSHIP

• He has contributed a lot to society. He says that his contribution to ART OF LIVING is endless & has no limits.

• They are working for the wellness of society by imparting worldwide knowledge. They work for giving stress-free life, giving charity,how to be happy and make others happy in life, improving health status of people by meditation and yoga.

• This will directly result in human wellfare and thus society. Crime ratio will also get reduced.

DESIGNING SOLUTIONS

• He also shared his experience that how he overcame the fear of failure.

• He said that when he was facing financial clashes, at that time guruji 'SHRI SHRI RAVISHANKARJI', consoled him and gave him strength to overcome the fear of failure.

SHORT TERM VISION & LONG TERM VISION

• According to him, short term vision is to be happy and make others happy.

• While same is with the long term vision in which he works for people to make their life stress-free and give strength to fight all the hurdles in their life and overcome them.

VISION OF CARRIER

• During his long successful carrier, he had faced some challenges and took it as opportunities.

• He says that by facing challenges, a person becomes strong enough and also a person learns from his/her mistakes in life, that is called experience which makes a man perfect and helps him to build a better future.

HIS VIEWS REGARDING JOB SATISFACTION AND OPPORTUNITY

• According to him, job satisfaction is both- i.e internally and externally because both are interrelated with each other.

• If we are internally satisfied with our job, then automatically a person gets external satifaction.

• He is a person who believes in opportunity because it is not necessary that everytime a person gets reward, at times he also has to face failure. so whenever a person gets opportunity, he should immediately take it.

HIS WAY OF TREATING TOWARDS JUNIORS AND SENIORS

• Sometimes, we feel that juniors are not working and we are in a dilemma of how to make them work.

• He says that particularly in his field, 'LOVE MOVES THE WORLD' . When we are polite with others, respect them and give a chance to prove themselves, juniors will definitely give their best in work. But if we want to win someone’s heart and trust, then we should treat equally and work as a team.

• While facing seniors, we have to face certain limitations and due to that we have to become bit tricky with our seniors so that their ego is not hurt.

• We have to present our vision in such a way that the seniors get convinced and support us. Our work should be such that they are bound to convince what we say.

MESSAGE TOWARDS ENGINEERS

• His message to all future engineers is dont always be work oriented, be practical and explore your knowledge.

• Always work for a good cause. Money does not matter everytime.

• Work smartly. Dont run behind success, if you will work hard then success will automatically run behind you.

ACHIEVEMENT IN HIS LIFE

• He says that by teaching people, meditation, yoga & values of life, he has noted a drastic change in their life which makes him feel happy and proud and that's his success and achievement.

CONCLUSION

• According to me, he is a perfect dynamic personality and a great contributor towards society.

• He is such a personality that brings awareness in today's youth to construct their better future, as youth are shining stars of tomorrow.
