Heyplus Energy Int'l Limited has an established quality management system (QMS), which is structured in accordance with ISO9001. As part of the requirements, quality documentations (QA manual, procedures and work instructions) have been developed. The “QAManual” contains the quality assurance requirements of ISO9001 while the “QA Procedures” have been developed to support the implementation of the quality system relevant to Heyplus operations.

Quality Control Plan (QCP)shall bed enveloped for client approval during project to preparation time. The QCP shall contain Inspections Test plan (ITP) and there quired level of inspection interventions both by the client and contractor specific to each work activity to covers all aspects of the scope of work of the contract.

The QCP will be used to effectively carry out quality surveillance during the execution of the project.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The procedures define the inspection procedures, quality requirements and acceptance criteria to be maintained on the project, Heyplus standard operating procedures and work instruction are open to client for review and approval. These procedures shall be strictly adhered to throughout the work execution duration. A register of these documents shall be maintained, which will detail the functions, limiting parameters, submittal and approval status.

Correction of non-conformitiesAll non-conformities and deviations from QA/QC procedures and specifications as well as any non-conformity of materials, welding, painting etc. shall be reported by the QA/QC depar tment . Non-conformities shall be corrected or disposed as approved by the clients.

Heyplus Energy Int'l Limited as an established HSE Management system developed in line with international Safety Standards and Codes. The company has a HSE manual, which carries the requisite policy statements. The HSE manual is the basic guide for all in puts in to operations being carried out by the company. It covers all the critical aspects of her operations and meets the requirements of Client's HSE policy. As depict in the organizational structure, the position of the HSE Manager has overall responsibility for HSE matters in the company.

HSE management of project shall be in accordance with the “Project HSE PLAN” which shall be developed for per project in line with project HSE requirements. In this document, realistic and achievable targets shall be set for HSE performance indicators.

In Heyplus, we attach importance to HSE and specifically for projects, the position of project HSE Manager shall enjoy organization freedom to fully carry out his duty without fear of intimidation.

Safety, health of personnel, care of the environment and loss prevention is an integral part of our project execution. These consideration swill be reflected in every aspect of services from inception to completion, i.e a consistent approach to safety and the environment. Documents review for compliance with contract HSE specification and requirements and safety provisions will be optimized at all time. Safety legislation and Client requirements will be incorporated in to all HSE design and implementation.

All personnel shall be properly inducted and trained so as to be acquainted with both Client and Project safety requirements.

Periodic audit and personnel observations shall serve as a feed back to consistently assess HSE performance. All identified deficiencies or inadequacies shall be promptly and proactively addressed.

Heyplus Energy has a policy of reinforcing workers HSE participation. HSE award/incentives program has been put in place to compensate worker who has participated satisfactory in HSE issues for the month.

Heyplus Energy has enough human (administrative, technical, skilled and unskilled personnel ) and is ever ready, has a proactive approach and potential to hire additional hands when the need arises depending on the nature and size of contract at hand.

Our man power sourcing covers the hiring of both expatriate and local man power. Although, placed high priority in the development of local content man power and thus always sloop towards local resources. However, where High-Level Technology Impact (HLTI) personnel are required and such individual is not available locally, Heyplus Energy has capacity to proactively within reasonable time to hire and make available such individual to perform there quired services.

In the area of material/equipment resources, the company has entered into MOU with other companies such as Hazcon Engineering Limited, Homik Engineering Limited, PIVOT-GIS Limited and Agoll Equipment rentals etc. These are indigenous companies with reputable foreign technical partner as a backup in the area of equipment leasing, manpower and project management.

Kinsley is a Lawyer, LLB(Hons) Civil Law, Nottingham Trent, England; with passion and energy for best value delivery in several big-value in itiatives in varied industries and sectors. Having worked with leading industry experts, top-management and executives to identify key business security issues and develop profound solutions, he has over they ears garnered critical skills that has created business value and is

still transforming several clients.

Kinsley, has worked in various establishments both locally and internationally. He started his career working with the Embassy of Nigeriain Brazzaville, Congo; After which he moved to a Managing role in France with DGS Multi services, His roles and contributions earned him a move to manage DGPS.

In 2012, Kinsley sacrificed 2 years to the study and training on Security and Risk management, after which BEST A Protection was conceived. Here mains actively involved, as the company grows into an Holding company (inLuxemborg) with several subsidiaries across the globe, among which is Heyplus EnergyInt'l Limited.
