Sales / Year 1 / Year 2 Leadership Program Celebration

Two weeks ago the leadership program participants from the Southwest Sales Team and Year #1 and Year #2 programs got together in Forth Worth, TX to celebrate successful completion of the program. Each participant also shared what they learned, how they have applied it, and what the program meant to them. The group had a great time celebrating the accomplishments of everyone involved.

The HEXPOL participants of Year #1 Leadership Training entered the 12 month program that covers a wide variety of leadership lessons from books, MP3, workbooks, DVDs and workshops. This is a daily intentional process of personal development and paying the lessons learned forward through teaching sessions.
