18. SHOULD THE LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR ENCOUNTER UNSATISFACTORY SURFACE OR OTHER SUBSURFACE DRAINAGE
CONDITIONS, SOIL DEPTH, LATENT SOILS, HARD PAN, STEAM OF OTHER UTILITY LINES OR OTHER CONDITIONS THAT WILL
