RUNNER‐UP  Gross Score. Ties will be broken by a match of cards beginning with the first hole.

ENTRY $120 per team / $110 for 2 teams / $100 for 3 teams / $90 for 4 teams, which includes golf cart, lunch and prizes, payable to the Golf Commi ee ‐ Hermitage Country Club. Fee must accompany entry form and must be received no later than Thursday, July 6th by 5:00 p.m. No entries accepted without payment in full. Current members may place this fee on their member account.

— A maximum field of 240 teams.

PLAY  18 hole, stroke play, alternate shots through the green. The use of golf carts will be required.

STARTS  There will be four shotgun starts. Please indicate preference on entry form.
