Looking after your HHT
Please do not personalise or deface theHHT,
Take care not to scratch the screen of theHHT.
Use a soft cloth to clean the screen of theHHT,
Do not Llse solvents on the HHT.
Never use an actual pen or pencil or othersharp object on the sudace of the HHTscreen,
Aithough the HHT is water and dustresstant, do not expose it to rain ormoisture for an extended period of time.
Try not to drop your HHT as, although thescreen is durable, it will not withstand toomafy kfocks before it becomes damaged.
Do not store your HHT in any location thatis extremely dusty, damp or wet.

Courier Processes
Faults with the HHTff you have a fault with your HHT that needsresolving, then you will need to contad theHermes Technical Support Team, who will try tohelp resolve the jssue. The contact numbe6 canbe found on the rear of this us€r guide.
It may be necessary to send a replacement HHT toyourselt if the Technical Support Team cannot flxthe issue, If this does occur, then where possible,a new HHT will be despatched for delivery the nextworking day,
Transfer to Alternative CourierIf you are working with another courier on yourround or if a substitute / cover is required foryourself, then you will need to transfer thefollowing to the alternative;

Stolen HHTIn the event of your HHT being stolen, you mustcontact the Police immediately, reporting thecircumstances of the incident, and also obtain acrime Reference Number from them.
Once this has been reported to the Police, contactthe Hermes Technical Support Team, and providethem with the details of the HHT, the CrimeReference Number and the circumstances of thetheft.
A replacement HHT will be requested, and wherepossible will arrive the next business day.
Lost HHTIf you lose your HHT, you will need to contact theHHT helpdesk, giving details of the loss.
