Dear Friends,Welcome to Heritage Cattle. As a family ranch, our priority is to breed superior Brahman cattle and then share them with our friends and customers. Today, it is with great pleasure that we present to you an off ering of the most complete group of Brahman prospects we have ever assembled.

Within the last four years, in sales such as this, we have sold the 2009 National Champion Gray Cow, 2010 International Champion Gray Cow, 2011 National Champion Gray Cow, 2011 All American Jr. National Champion Red Cow, 2012 International Reserve Champion Gray Cow, and the 2012 All American Jr. National Champion Red Cow. Th is year at the 2012 All American Jr. Nationals we placed 24 head of show cattle within the top three of their class. If you are looking to improve your Brahman program through show heifers, embryo fl ushes, semen, or even a top bull prospect, we want to help.

I think that you will fi nd that our customer service at Heritage Cattle begins when you drive through our gates. We sell our show cattle halter-broken and all heifers receive two straws of semen at breeding age. Each summer we host the Heritage Classic Jr. Show where kids have the opportunity to show three diff erent times under three diff erent judges. At this show the juniors compete for buckles, cash and gift certifi cates that can be used towards their next purchase. We also host the Heritage Cow Camp for ages 8-18 years. During this camp we take fi eld trips and bring in the experts to help us learn about diff erent areas in the cattle industry. Th ese are just a few examples of what you can expect from Heritage Cattle. TERMS & CONDITIONSAir Travel: Houston (HOU) and George Bush International Airport (IAH) are located approximately 1.5 hours north of Wharton. Wharton Regional Airport (KARM) has a 5000’ strip located approximately 5 miles South of Wharton.

Terms: Terms of the sale are cash or good check payable to Heritage Cattle in full to sale clerk immediately following the sale and before any cattle are released.

Insurance is at the discretion of the buyer. Howard Miller Livestock Insurance 817-732-1872.

Health: Every animal in the sale will be represented by a state approved health certifi cate for interstate shipping. Cattle in the state of Texas are certifi ed free of TB and Brucellosis.

Liability: Each animal will become the buyer’s responsibility as soon as sold. Th e owners, employees, auctioneer or other affi liated personnel will not be responsible for accidents, but will make every eff ort to provide for the safety and comfort of the animals and attendees.

Registration and Transfer: All animals sold will be transferred at the seller’s expense, upon receipt and clearance of full payment, through the American Brahman Breeders Association

Announcements: Any announcements made from the auction block on sale day will take precedence over any previously printed material or supplements.

Cattle for Export: All cattle sold for export must be paid in full immediately following the sale. Seller will supply all necessary health testing required for export to the buyer’s specifi c country. Th e buyer must arrange for the care of the animals until proper health papers can be completed.

Breeding Guarantee: Buyers will receive two straws of semen from Heritage on each heifer purchased. It is the responsiblity of the buyer to breed their heifer either by A.I. or natural service. If a heifer does not become pregnant, Heritage Cattle reserves the right to try for a six month period to breed the heifer. If the female proves to be a nonbreeder, a female of comparable rank, or credit on the purchase of another heifer will be off ered.
