After many years of research, development, and cooperation with KleanEnvi, Inc., ShinYoung E&I in South
Korea has developed a livestock wastewater recycling technology. Smart LWR™ System Converts
Livestock Waste into High Efficient Organic Fertilizer using by HEOF Stabilizer™ Additives.
Ecological Circulation Farming is the aim of KleanEnvi’s Efforts.

What is “HEOF Stabilizer™” ?
HEOF Stabilizer™ is based on fully-decomposed humates. Unlike
manure, humates act as a sticky matrix to hold soil together. Highly
structured complex molecules hold nutrients in suspension, where they
are readily available to plants. As a result, less NPK is needed for the
same benefit and toxic runoff is dramatically reduced.
** High yields are compatible with lower costs and better soil.
The humates in HEOF Stabilizer™ is balanced with minerals and
organisms from desalted sea water, then concentrated and
fermented into a High Efficient Organic Fertilizer (HEOF) as a
highly functional, microorganism-rich biological elixir.
KleanEnvi, Inc. is dedicated to providing fast, cost-effective
solutions for organic conversion and maintenance for the
benefit of farmers and consumers.
MANURE FROM INDUSTRIAL FARMING (** Important Note)
Responsible farmers today also face new challenges in using traditional natural resources, such as chicken and pig manure, which are high in organic
matter and trace elements. Unfortunately, the results are often problematic.
Use of animal manure is considered organic, even though its use is one of the major contributors to the transmission of parasitic diseases. Industrial manure
also contains huge quantities of highly toxic pathogenic bacteria that can be directly transmitted to crops.
1) Cow manure is messy and only contains 2½ % nutrients (the remainder is cellulose). At the recommended 5-10 tons per acre, it is expensive to
transport and till.
2) Pig manure has a better nutrient profile, but has an offensive odor and is loaded with pathogens. It also increases the growth of nematodes.
3) Chicken manure has high levels of toxic copper (used to make chickens thirsty so they will over hydrate—which creates softer meat). It also contains
nitrogen and potassium salts that can reduce germination, stunt root growth, and create leaf burn. It can also lead to grass tetany in ruminants. Copyright© 2005-2013 KleanEnvi, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

Add 2 Lbs of HEOF Stabilizer™ to 1 Ton of Pig Manure treated by Smart LWR System . Then, mix
slowly to produce Pig Manure(PM) based liquid High Efficient Organic Fertilizer (HEOF) completely.

In wet conditions water absorbs minerals from rocks and soil. This mineral soup attracts and
nourishes bacteria that produce time released nitrogen during dry cycles the bacteria die and
convert to biomass.

Application Notes :
Product should be applied at a rate of 22 to 32 gallons of concentrate per acre of crop land. In order to apply the product, it must be diluted
prior to application at a rate of 1 gallon of concentrate per 100 to 250 gallons of fresh water.
Based on those dilution instructions, it is recommended to apply between 2,200 and 3,200 gallons of the diluted product per acre.
For short life cycle crops (4-8 weeks) such as lettuce, the product should be applied directly to the fields early in the growing season when
the seeds are planted.
If applied later in the growing cycle, it should not be applied directly to the leaves. For crops with more extended growing cycles (3 to 4
months) like corn, it is recommended to apply the product once at the time of seeding and once about mid way through the growing cycle.
For plants such as fruit trees (apples, pear, plums etc…) which are seasonal, it is recommended to apply the product once early in the
spring and once in the early fall.
For plants which continually produce fruits such as papaya, the product should be applied once every 2 to 3 months. The product is a
general purpose product and will work well on all types of crops but the application rate will vary based on the type of plants and plant
growth cycles.
