Filtration and Fabrication Specialists

Our machines can produce pleated paper, micro-glass, polyester and wire mesh medias in single and multiple layers with pleat heights from 1/4” to 5” and lengths up to 44”. Our filters are individually bagged to help reduce environmental contaminants and packaged to allow most any person to handle them with ease.

HENEK’s PW Series filters are designed for the removal of water and particulates from petroleum products. Henek’s water absorbing elements absorb water from petroleum and chemically lock it inside the media. When a cartridge starts reaching its holding load, swelling causes an increase in differential pressure which signals the operator to change the cartridge. Ideal for use in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and fuel systems, they can also be used in portable fluid conditioning equipment. Elements are available in various sizes to replace existing particulate filter cartridges.

PW Series – Water Removal

HENEK’s HC Series of coalescing elements are construct-ed to effectively remove emulsified water from hydrocarbon liquids. A tightly wound network of micro fiberglass strands work to coalesce (combine) smaller droplets into larger, denser drops that move to the outside of the filter and are released. Used primarily for the removal of water from fuels and oils, our coalescers can also be used in process and condensate streams in plants and refineries. Henek’s coalescers can be constructed with or without particulate removing pre-filter layers from 1 to 75 micron to suit many applications. All components are securely bonded with high temperature adhesive to withstand aggressive applications. We will custom design coalescers for new applications or cross reference competitive elements for existing applications.

HC Series – Coalescers

HENEK’s DC Series cartridges are designed and constructed to maximize dust collection. These rugged dust collectors are recommended for a wide variety of applications such as dry, course particulate, powder coating, grinding, particulate smoke and others. Our media is a scientific blend of cellulose and fine synthetic fiber that offers strength and durability during the pulsing process. Our media offers longevity compared to other replacement brands that utilize untreated cellulose media. A heavy gauge expanded metal outer wrap and center core provide strength and help to protect the media during installation. Galvanized metal caps enclose the media to prevent by-pass along with tight sealing Buna closed cell 1/2” thick sealing gaskets.

HENEK’s PA Series cartridges are available to replace most original manufacturer’s pleated air filters. These filters are typically found on engine and compressor air intakes and are constructed to provide the best possible protection in these demanding conditions. Our air filters are constructed from rugged galvanized components and utilize advanced blended medias to meet stringent OEM requirements. When your valuable equipment requires reliable, efficient protection, you can rely on Henek’s PA series of pleated air cartridges to get the job done.

HENEK’s PP Series filters are manufactured for long life and reduced maintenance in rugged industrial environments. Standard panels are constructed of galvanized components that include the frame, an upstream and downstream blowout grid for integrity, and downstream struts for support. We have a selection of media available for a wide range of applications and will custom design your hard to find panel.

PP Series – Panel FiltersHENEK’s BF Series filters are an economical and convenient choice for applications requiring gross particulate removal, high flow rates and low pressure drops. Constructed of the best available materials using a heavy duty sewing process, our bags are ready to perform in your most demanding liquid or air installations. BF Series bag filters come in a variety of materials and a wide assortment of collar and ring types that ensure compatibility with most bag vessels on the market.

BF Series – Liquid & Air Bag Filters

HENEK’s PC Series elements are available in hundreds of sizes to replace most original manufacturer’s nominal and absolute rated particulate filters. Liquid filter media is phenolic resin impregnated paper, heat cured for strength and durability and functions with most fluids having a PH range from 5 to 10. Our media is analyzed under ISO conformity to ensure each shipment is at the desired requirement. Heavy gauge metal caps provide positive cartridge sealing and a spiral formed core provides strength to prevent collapse at high differential pressures. Many types of gasket material are available to ensure compatibility requirements and filters are available in lengths up to 44” to eliminate stacking.

Fabrication

HENEK’s ME Series utilizes high-quality industrial grade air filter paper, that is pleated and oven cured during production, to provide efficient filtration during demanding applications. They are constructed with rugged elastic PVC end seals cured with molded sealing beads to allow compression and eliminate contaminated by-pass. These elements are used to filter the intake air for compressors, engines, blowers, air/gas pipe lines and on tank vents, as exhaust filters, as guard filters for bag houses or dust collectors, at waste water treatment plants, cement factories, flour mills, chemical plants or wherever particles are in air and gas streams.
