We consulted him after hearing him speak about retirement options. We had lost some of our

money in the market in the turbulence of 2007 and 2008 and to avoid further loss put our

money in money market funds to prevent further loss.

We were interested in conservative investing with minimal risk but better return than a money

market fund. Gregg was extremely professional and informative. He explained the details of

various options and the pros and cons of these options. He was very upfront and honest in his

approach - he even explained the commissions he would receive. At no time did he pressure us

or try to rush our decision. We were both very impressed with him, especially in comparison

with some of people we had worked with in the past.

Also, since we have invested with him he has provided us with excellent help and service. He

has always been available to answer any questions we had and to follow up with the company

I was utterly surprised that someone had an unfortunate misunderstanding andnegative experience with Gregg Henderson.
