Updates on Case – Posted October - 2014

We had posted the case of Maymuna begum a young lady who was pregnant and suffered from Dengue fever – By the mercy of almighty the patient recovered fully and was discharged from Hospital – HHF partly paid the outstanding bill but more importantly paid the loan amount which was borrowed by Hafiz Yakub on high interest.

Mr. Syed Ameer , 27yrs, suffering from Renal Failure, required AV Fistula surgery, and it has been done at Care Hospital by Dr. P.C. Gupta, HHF has paid Rs. 20,000/-

Emergency Surgeries

Mr. Syed Taha Uddin, 30yrs suffering from Varicose Veins and required surgery, and it has been done at Apple Hospital for which HHF has paid Rs. 35,000/-

Mr. Mohammed Iqbal, 55yrs, suffering from Renal Failure, required AV Fistula surgery, and it has been done at Care Hospital by Dr. P.C. Gupta, HHF has paid Rs. 20,000/-

Baby. Sadiya Ruhi, 3yrs, Single Club Foot Surgery done at Aditya Hospital for which HHF has paid Rs. 30,000/-

Mrs. Mujeeb Unissa, 38yrs, Hysterectomy Laparoscopic Surgery done at Mina Hospital for which HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

Mr. Arafath Hussain, 30yrs, Met with a Road Accident, got two fractures in left leg, admitted in Sunshine Hospital and implant surgery has been done for which HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

Mrs. Parveen Begum, 41yrs She was suffering from Left Eye Cataract and the Surgery is done at Dr. Akbar Eye Hospital for which HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

Mrs. Meherunissa Begum, 50yrs She was suffering from Right Eye Cataract and the Surgery is done at Dr. Akbar Eye Hospital for which HHF has paid Rs. 12,000/-

Mr. Syed Shah Faiz Akheel, 38yrs, Post Renal Transplant patient was suffering from Eye Cataract and the Surgery is done at Dr. Akbar Eye Hospital for which HHF has paid Rs. 20,000/-

Mrs. Noori Sultana, 28yrs, She was suffering from Cholecystectomy and the Laparoscopic Surgery done at Princess Durru Shehvar Hospital by Dr. G.M. Irfan for which HHF has paid Rs. 15,000/-

Mrs. Asma Begum, 26yrs, Diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis and she was admitted in Osmania General Hospital and Total Hip Replacement Implants provided by HHF for which HHF has paid Rs. 25,000/-

Master. Mohammed Azeem Khan, 13yrs, Boy fell from first floor of the building and sustained head injuries and admitted in Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences for Medical Management for which HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

Obituary

Mr. Babloo Qureshi, 22yrs, a native of Bidar, used to work at a Chicken Shop, diagnosed with Germ Cell Tumor, was admitted at Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute and died on 24-10-2014 in MICU – Chemotherapy session was in process. HHF has paid Rs. 40,000/- at the time of discharge and also arranged Transport for the deceased.

Disabled Child Support – covers over 40 children with Chronic Diseases & Thalassemia Major cases – Monthly out flow Rs 75,000/-

Disability Support for Bread winners – over 120 cases are registered and monthly Rs 80,000/- is marked for this.

Young Widows & Orphans Support – Over 60 cases are registered and HHF gives Rents, Pensions, School Fees – Monthly out flow Rs 1,65,000/-

Cancer & Kidney Support – covers all support for patients who are finding no means to bear the medical expenses for treatment. In CKD cases monthly allowance of Rs 3000 per patient and all medical emergencies are covered.

“At an Average 25 cases visit us every day & 50 – 60 on the Weekend OP. In summary we see about 700 – 750 distressed people in a month who are poor & need financial support for their survival”.
