The Hiring Demand Dashboard provides a time series of online job postings beginning in 2005. Top employers, postings by job boards, industries and real-time job ads can be identified. The image below is a sample print out that provides directions to help you refine your search criteria.

My Analytics is useful for conducting searches by job title, location, keywords, skills or certifications. Search results display current job openings, hiring difficulty scale, wage information, job titles, ad counts at employers currently hiring, job posting history of employers over the past 4 years and the top skills/certifications required in job postings.

Clicking “EMPLOYERS” will display job postings & counts by employer.

Clicking “JOBS” will display all active job postings found in search.

“Generate Report” button will create a PDF report for download or email.

Job criteria column filters can be used to narrow results.

Alerts can also be set in My AnalyticsJob Alerts are daily or weekly emails that are generated from saved searches showing postings for specific jobs. Employer Alerts provide a count of all advertised jobs at a specific employer.

Searches use Boolean operators. Titles containing multiple words should be surrounded with “ “.
